Hi everyone! I’m using Miro for an upper-division college course wherein students are building out mind maps in groups. I’m evaluating them by their weekly individual contributions, for which I’m using the board history. This has worked all right so far, though it can be a bit difficult to parse what the user actually contributed.Does anyone have any other methods they’ve used to accurately review how users have contributed to boards? Is there a way to see a user’s overall contributions (that is, not through a specific board’s history)? Thanks!

Miro board picker is throwing a blank screen as per the screenshot for the last ~30 minutes. Is there any recent config update because of which this isn’t working. Kindly update the miro board picker screen with error states in case it doesn’t work for better troubleshooting. 

Hi all! I'm building an app which has to write a few hundred post its to a board at once. However, it's quite slow now as I have to make the POST requests many times in sequence rather than as one big batch. Could I ask if there are any suggestions to overcome this? I tried search but couldn't find any information on a batch request functionality. Thanks. Cheers!

Hi, everybody!I have a new laptop with Windows 11. I downloaded the app in Microsoft Store and faced a problem:the text in PDF files is not readable: letters disappear, they look strange and i almost can make out a word.My teammates say that everything is fine on their laptopsbut mine is a disaster! what can the problem be connected with?is it a problem with the app or with my new laptop? 

Hello, I recently got access to education plan for Miro and was able to use UML diagrams like sequence diagrams but I can no longer use them. Has the plan required for these diagrams changed recently or is something wrong on my end? I've attached a screenshot of the diagram that I am referring to.

Hello Miro community,I have a problem with some functions freezing after a few seconds on my Samsung Tab 6 lite. First I noticed that the pen colour selction box freezes after one minute or so. I also noticed that some other functions stopped working after a while as well - for example the selection of other boards in the main menu doesn’t work - I can’t scroll or choose.The only thing to resolve this is a restart of the app. Everything seems to work fine then, however after a short while the same issues occur. I have already reinstalled and updated the app to no avail.Would be great if you guys had any advice for me. Thanks!  

I have a glitch with sidebar, when I enter more apps, I see my search history and it won’t disappear, but it makes other buttons not clickable 😫. Can you please help me? Maybe you know how to fix it! 😭

Hello!Is Miro supposed to have auto capitalisation when typing??I’m on the desktop app on Mac, and I’ve never had this for some reason.. It’s kind of inconvenient 

Hi, I’m very new on miro :-) I have a question about “Team Subscription”. Suppose I have a team with 10 members. And there is another team in our organization with some overlapping members. Do we have to pay twice for those people who are members of both teams?

Today I witnessed that one of the basic functions is missing. When you copy elements in a Miro board with option key and shift key combined, it usually copies the element (by draggin a duplicat) and holds it in it’s horizontal position.It’s gone 👽 As soon as I click the shift button the “copy mode” is gone and the basic element just gets dragged. Is this by accident, a bug or is this wanted?Hope it’s a bug.

Hi, I’m new here and I’m using Miro to edit a sort of white paper collecting materials and key points of a seminar we organized last December, in order to make it public and accessible to all the participants. Among all the diverse sources, we’re sharing audio clips, embedded from Soundcloud but once they’re on our board and we click on the player, a pop up player (in Modal) comes out in the foreground and it’s impossible to see the board and continue reading. Last week though, we could play the audio and keep exploring the board: has there been an update in the meantime or should we upgrade our subscription?  thanks everyone for helping, if you have any idea…my bestIlaria from Radio Papesse

Hello.I have selected a text widget on the board (Figure 1)If you write such a code: const selection = await miro.board.getSelection();console.log(selection, 'selection');and select the widget text, then the following is output to the console:We see that the fields "content", "FontFamily" and "fontSize" are displayed incorrectly. Sometimes the widget creation date is incorrectly determined.This code does not work in my plugin and in the console. At the same time, it WORKED yesterday! In addition, the code works correctly with other widgets (for example, stickers). Why is this happening?

I was editing my board, and find that the toolbar is suddenly reduced to Select, Sticky Note, Sticker & Emojis and Comments. How do i get all the normal tools back?  I assume i have entered another mode that limits my tools, but i don’t know how i got there and want to go back.

Hey guys! Does anyone know if Miro has any possibility of parameterization per user? For example. John’s post-it will be green, Mike's will be pink, etc.? 

Hi there, I have miro objects (post it or cards) that I would like to duplicate over mutliple boards. The twist is that I would like them to maintain a relation so that when one gets modified (color, text, assignee, tag or wathever), all the duplicates changes too. Is this possible within the current Miro version ?Thanks!

I love using miro as a mathematical teacher in the Netherlands. Except one point I find very frustrating. I like to move around with two fingers and sometimes I write with a pen on the board, sometimes with my fingers.If I select the pen tool I can write with my finger, but sometimes it stops writing and starts to move around the board and I can't get it to use the pen tool instead. Is it possible to disable the one finger move around, only use it for what is selected.  I tried mouse, trackpad mode no difference

This is SOOO frustrating: I am a consultant. I would like to pay for any level of subscription at all so that I can make my own boards and do some work. I’ve been an invite member of client teams at times. I’m now a visitor/ guest of a client team (whether it is guest or visitor is not indicated; rather there is a message that I am not a part of that team). There is no option to request to be added to their team. There is also no option to create my own team or to view a subscription or to make a new subscription or to upgrade or create a team or a project.For the love of science, will you please take my money so I can use the tool? This is BONKERS! I CAN’T EVEN PAY TO BECOME A CUSTOMER AND GET SOME HELP!

Hi - I want to be able to use the pen highlighter tool, but have it draw straight lines. I’ve tried the ‘Smart drawing’ tools, but they seem to just draw a solid (non transparent) line. I’ve tried holding Shift and Control, etc, when highlighting, but that doesn’t seem to be supported. Is there a way to draw straight lines using the pen highlighter that I’m missing?! 

My client will not let their data sit outside the US. I have an Azure cloud which I can use to host. Does Miro allow for this type of set-up?

Hello,  Is there a way to create an actionable link in a frame? I am trying to create the links using Web SDK? I would like to create this action in the top corner of the frame, If there are items, I would like to push the items to any, and add the link ThanksSara

I am listed as the Owner of a board and cannot edit it any longer (in this image/the 2nd board, I am Traci and logged into my Miro account as Traci).  I only have 3 active boards in the free account and the board I want to edit, I can no longer edit.   

Today I opened my Miro board and the font size became super large, I’ve never seen such a thing before. Have anyone any idea what could be causing it? Edit:I’m using Brave browser, and I tried turning off all of extensions, but it didn’t helped... 

It’s an absolute standard that on every page i can hide the Browser interface by pressing F11. but in Miro it’s not working. That should be fixed because it’s absolutely important beeing able to switch the fullscreen mode very quickly. Thanks!
