OSX Sonoma 14.2.1Miro 0.8.36 arm64After the last update to the Desktop app it lost the ability to go “full screen”.(The Mac mode which hides the top OS bar and the 3 little window control buttons) Fullscreen also places the app into its own virtual desktop space.Now it just “zooms” the window to fill the screen which leaves both the top bar of the app and the Nav bar in the OS visible.Is there anyway to have proper fullscreen mode back?

Use case: I would like to use Projects to organize work for a small group. Each project member should be able to create boards in the project (which means they require Can edit access to the project). However, sometimes there will be a board in the project for which I would like to limit access to Can view or Can comment. Is this possible? I can’t seem to find a way to make this work if someone has more permissive permissions at the project level.

IS there a shortcut or a quick way to highlight a croup of Jira Cards on my Story Map and then make them all the same size if they are not that already?

Hello! I have a problem with one of my boards - it shows perfectly fine in the mobile app, but has disappeared on my PC version of MIRO website. What do I do? I tried to restart the page many times.

I had a board in team profile. I wasn’t an Admin this space, but I was owner my board. I deleted my board some days ago, but it was a mistake. I wanna came back my board, but I can’t find how I can do it. 

Hi I am trying to understand how to use Zoom to create a board that I can work off...but also will be effective when I share it on a Teams call on Monday. Do I always work at 100%? If I drop an object or frame and the Zoom goes down e.g. 66%, do I then increase the Zoom to 100%? And I’ve tried copying some previous work onto a new board and it all looks tiny! I mean, seriously microscopic. What do I do then?Would love input and help. Thanks so much, CityGirl

You used to be able to get the pointer (not hand) and move things around when viewing voting results.You no longer can.It’s very common to organize items after the results of voting. Having to swap away from seeing the votes each time you want to move something is maddening.

I am unable to enter the key word (Collaboration) on page 2 of the course. I can’t click in the text box that asks for it and therefore I can’t complete the course. Please help!

How cool would it be if in Miro you could not only see the cursors of other participants, but also INTERACT WITH THEM? For example, a dear colleague or an inquisitive session participant is swimming next to you, and you can click on him and virtually hug/smack/put a heart❤️? I think such an option would add soulfulness to any collaboration.And for purely formal and serious interaction, you can provide an option at the top next to the avatars to disable this function (similar to the Hide Collaborators' Cursors button).

Before this, everything was fine, but for the last few days, when I press the right mouse button, the screen fills with blue. Has anyone encountered this? Any ideas how to solve this? Safari browser, before this everything was fine for six months. Thank you for your attention

Hi, Do we have any API to remove the user licenses or remove users from MIRO team? I can see API to invite users but not able to find option to delete.I referred the documentation and delete apis are deprecated. Please confirm if any API is available to do this task. Thanks, 

Is there any way to get the users list from every boards associated with team under single api only as I cannot call the multiple api in my workflow based on the board api I am using auth0 to authenticate the users

When Screen sharing content with my clients and live entering data, the formatting tool bar is constantly on top of the surrounding items.  For instance I select an item to talk about it or to edit it type and immediately the content above it is obscured by the toolbar (image).  Is there a way to move it or dock it?

Hi folks,In Visio and other process flow applications, it is possible to have multiple “tabs” in one process flow file.For example, let’s say that the client onboarding process is different if you are an individual or a business.I would like to have one file called “Client Onboarding” with one “page” or “tab” for individuals and another for businesses.Is this possible in Miro?

When I select one object and typed Ctrl + c  (copy) and typed Ctrl + v (paste),  all objects on the board are copied and pasted. There was no case like this before.My System: Windows 11 Home, Google Chrome  120.0.6099.227（Official Build）
