My email address was change by work, as i became perm, instead of contract, but now i cannot access my boards?  How do i get them back and/or get access again? We have single-sign-on so when i try logging on with my old email, it just logs me in with my new one.any ideas please???I have lost access to my team too...

Using swimlanes in BPMN diagrams leads to a two-fold inconsistencies which I could not resolve:Some BPMN objects are connected to the swimlane some not. This means that some objects are moving with the moving swimlane some not. What’s the reason? I’m using heavily the linking feature between objects in the board. However, sometimes the little blue arrow gets very very small sometimes not. This is 1:1 related with the behavior described in 1).Any hint how to resolve these issues? Bernhard

Try to load Miro, But I only get “Bad Gateway 502”I realy need to get in there to use what i made in Miro - hours of work for it not t work is quite devestating...

I have a use case I haven’t figured out how to achieve that is another dealbreaker from replacing traditional slide decks. I need the ability to move objects from outside of the area that’s being shown to my participants onto the visible screen. Think: Presentation mode, where a frame is shared with the viewers; but the instructor can see the canvas area outside of that frame, and can move objects into and out of the visible frame when needed. Video: Presenter can move objects not visible to end user into or out of presented frameThis would let me move my “unveil boxes” off of the viewing area when unveiling content (as a substitute for object animation, which is unavailable); and, would let me move stickies I know I’ll need ON to the visible area without having to retype them. Is this possible? 

Within the same text box, I want to be able to change part of the text (the part below FACT) to be smaller, but when I highlight the text and change the size it decreases the size of all text in the box uniformly. Is there a way to do this similar to how you can bold selected text?

We are currently creating training in Coursera that includes old versions of Miro.We are using a video from an old version of Miro; It has a God's eye View in the bottom right--what happened to that view? Is there a replacement view in the new version? Or, is it gone for good? Thanks!

Hello !I've been using Miro for several years and many projects (30+). I love it, it's a great tool that really helps me thinking. But the downside is that, along the way, all my work has been stored on several different boards through various architectures.Lately, I've been wanting to grab all that "data" and to gather it in a singular place. I want it to be easier for me to cruise between my past projects, to centralise all their output. My goal is clarity and readability. The data in itself is mostly text but, as you can guess, with a precise visual organization also.By any chance, would any of you have an idea or a recommandation?I'm looking for a technique to "extract" the data, but also for a way to could store it visually in a convenient way.Thanks in advance, and have a great day :)

I completed a free trial of the Business subscription and would now like to sign up for the Starter plan. There is no option to downgrade to a different plan however - I only have the option to reactivate the Business plan.Please advise how I can downgrade my plan to Starter without having to pay for the Business plan.And please don’t ask me to contact support@miro.com - I've contacted them four times over the past three weeks and haven’t heard a thing, not even a holding reply.I have to say, this is pretty basic stuff guys. And forcing someone to pay for a more expensive plan is bad form.

Hello, We are using a planning timeline in Miro where every person is assigned several cards below a header (swimming lane) containing the name of the particular person so each person can easily keep track of the tasks (each task is a card) related to a certain topic under his/her name. For every task this person assigns a status (to do, doing, done). As a manager I would like to see the kanban of the entire team (as current status of the each card is assigned) without changing the structure my team is using. So basically they should just keep their swimming lanes with their cards and tasks, and from that information I would like to make a kanban next to it where I can quickly see the status of all the work. Is this possible to make such a set-up where each card is reflected twice, once in the 'swimming lane' of a person and once automatically in a kanban based on the status of the card. Thanks a lot!  Best regards,Reinder

I have submitted 2 requests that immediately say “solved” on my requests page, but they are not solved and I have not heard from anyone on the Miro team. How can I contact someone from Miro directly to get my requests solved?

If i use the API to query a widget on a Kanban board, I get an X and Y co-ordinate, but I don’t seem to see any reference to the structure of the board itself eg Swimlane/Bucket name or indeed the fact that the widget is contained within a particular swimlane/column. Am I missing something.  Is there some API call that allows me to further discover the structure and relationship between widgets?

I was working with wireframe components on my board, and suddenly something happened, and I can no longer change the text on many objects (browser tabs, popups, etc.).When editing I can no longer erase  or change the text. I tried rebooting my computer, tried making changes through the Web browser and using the Desktop application, but nothing helps. 

Hi.I’m working with my students on free boards at the moment. I’ve got 3 free boards and only 6 students work on these boards. But I need some more boards and I don’t want them to be my team. I’d like to share the links with students just for viewing and editing. So, could I upgrade Miro just for 1 member (just for me) and continue using created boards with my students via links? In that case do I need to send new links to them? What kind of changes will I see after upgrade?Thank you in advance.
