The Active Users page does not display the billing group for users, however the downloadable CSV does. It would be nice to display the Billing Group in the view so we can identify accounts that need to be grouped.

My question is in the title, but i am wondering whether I am missing something… :\

Just logged in to find my boards are not there. Where did they go? I’ve got 4 boards that i’ve no idea where they came from - which i’ve resigned from - and now can't find the ones i want. I’m not really to concerned about whatever confusing access structure has allowed that to happen, but i am interested in getting my board back.

I seem to have no problem locking and unlocking objects individually or as a group, however when I select multiple objects and lock them, I am unable to unlock an individual object from that group.  They all unlock as one.In my application, I have a template I’ve built and locked down for folks to place postits on, however during use someone discovered a typo.  I need to unlock just the boxes/text associated with the typo and not the entirety of the template.  At this point the board is in use so I cannot reasonably unlock all, change the typo, and relock the items belonging to the template while unselecting all the user entered data. Is there a solution?  Thanks!

Hi MIRO community,I try to find a thread for this question, but was not successfully - if there is one taken care of this topic, sry for asking second time ;) During presentation or Meeting (BETA) mode - how can i make the edges/boarders of the frames not visible? Depending on how many frames you have and how detailed you want to show things with a frame, the boarders overlay and make the presented content looking chaotic.Thanks for a feedback  =)best regards from GermanyJan

I am having trouble understanding how to authenticate my app to use the REST API with my specific use case. A high level overview of what I need my app to do is as follows:Read existing boards Compare items on the boards to data within a data warehouse Create board items to represent specific data in the data warehouse (if they don’t already exist)This would be executed by a script and run on a schedule, so no human user would be involved. What I am not understanding is Step 2 of the “Authorization flow for expiring tokens”: “Request user for authorization”. https://developers.miro.com/reference/request-user-for-authorizationHow does this work since there will be no user? Is there another way to receive an authorization code or a way to get an access token without one? I am a business analyst, not a developer, so explaining it like I’m five is much appreciated!Thanks in advance!

I like the accessibility features so far! I am having trouble accessing videos and GIFs in a meaningful way with a screen reader. Are they playable via the keyboard? I cannot get a video to play using my keyboard. And is there a way to add an ALT tag to a video?

Hi there,I’m having an issue where I’ve accidentally been granted an education plan on the wrong account, which now leaves me unable to use my actual student account as I need to. I requested the Education plan not thinking about my university using multiple domains for student emails - one is @student.xxx.dk and the other is @xxx.dk, xxx being the uni. How do I get an education plan transferred from an account that doesn’t exist to the account that I actually use? Or do I just reapply for an education plan with the right email domain knowing that the same name and student ID will be attached to two accounts?I don’t know how to sort this out, and it looks like I have no way of contacting support since I’m not a premium member 😅Any help would be much appreciated! Update: I think, I’ve solved it :))

Hi. I have a problem with miro visible text. When i create a note and when im editing, its fine, but when i end edit, the text on the note is less sharper. Screenshots before and after: Its very annoing. Pls help.

being able to add my logo into frames automatically in the lower right corner - this would save me heaps of time and enable a proper brand represantation in the exported frames that I send out to my clients

Hey, the problem occurred today when I was using miro. The text that I am writing on the board just disappears but when I zoom in it appears again.  I didn’t have that problem a few hours ago but now it’s just impossible to use the board :(  Can you fix this bug please?  the problem is the same using website and app

I have found this topic, but it’s 3 years old. Is there a way to enable a web sdk plugin to selected boards only?If an app is installed in a team, and a user has authorized it, then the app will be able to access any boards opened by the same user, which sounds like a security concern to me.Is my understanding correct? How to prevent this? Does the workaround of creating a team and installing the app only in that team still do the job, like mentioned in the linked question?Thanks!

Hey All,  I am wondering what is the best and easiest way to be able to take a customer journey map I created in Miro and then be able to print it out poster size. Has anyone done this? Also any advice on facilitating a journey map shareout but in real life, F2F? Now that we have been virtual for so long, I am unsure how to best to this with an in person workshop. 

Has anybody tried using Miro Boards in MS Teams Breakout Rooms and if so any hints/tips? It has been working well in the main meeting session but we have yet to use it breakout rooms in Miro and before we head down that track I thought I would check with the community

Since the 1st June, when I zoom out on the Ipad, some parts of all what I write with the apple pencil  disappears, but not on the computer, it’s very annoying for me and my students. Please can someone from the support give the information to the tech in order to fix it quickly ? TY

In the age of needing to build in resiliency and sustainability, when it comes to ownership/admin functions for a system enabling collaborations - why not allow for collaborative ownership and admin? I am setting up a Team in Miro, and as this team focuses on body of work that will likely outlast anyone Owner/Admin, I saw the need to share this responsibility with number of people on the endeavor.  Ala I am told the system doesn’t allow this but for having only 1 designated person as the admin.Can we please enable multiple designated owners of boards and admins of teams?

I have a Consultant Account and often invite customers to work on a board with me.Customers who access the board via link with editor rights cannot export frames as an image, but this would be very useful => is there a possibility to give guests this right?

Hi everybody, I just upgraded Miro from Free to Business plan, and I’m having issues inviting Visitors to my boards. One of the issues I had with the free plan, was whenever I invited somebody to collaborate they needed to create an account.  And this always led to delays in the workshop and starting things off grumpy.  On the Miro website, it says that with a Business plan, I can invite visitors to my boards with just the click of a link, no need for them to create an account!Well I’ve been messing around with the settings and can’t seem to make this work!I can invite GUESTS just fine, but guests need to create an account, and doesn’t solve my problem.  I want to be able to invite visitors but I can’t seem to figure out how to do that!Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Hi,I have a large table which I use as a feedback array to get the feeling of the group I am working with, it just makes the data more readable…How ever if I try to manipulate the widths of the columns, or the height of the rows, I lose all table functionality, if I undo my actions I get the table functionality back. the table is a simple 3rows x 10columns. The same goes for adding and removing rows and columns.TBH, this seems to apply to any manipulation of the table once I have added data to it, it just seems to revert the table a a table shaped object or collection of text boxes… In fact adding data to the table seems to stop it reacting like a table :/How can I fix this, or how do I stop this from happening?

Will Sketch plugin be supported further?I was using it for a while and it was saving a lot of time, but now it doesn’t work properly. If i try to sync an artboard, it somehow inserts an old version of the artboard.Neither reloggining nor reinstalling the plugin helped. 

Hi all,I'm in a bit of a panic here. After exporting my boards from Miro, they've turned into complete chaos. It seems like the only way out is to start over, but the thought of redoing everything is overwhelming.Has anyone experienced this problem? Is there a workaround or a fix that I'm missing? I really can't afford to spend hours redoing everything.Your help would be invaluable right now. Thanks in advance.

Recently (~Sep 23) when duplicating a bunch of objects (boxes, labels, connecting arrows) in a large board and trying to move them, mid-drag they jump back to their duplicated location and deselect. The duplicate is not in the undo history. Cleaning up is laborious as the duplicates overlap the originals and lost selection. Typical repro for this is:Large board, select a bunch of objects. Ctrl+D to duplicate Quickly grab the duplicates and drag them away (e.g. to open space)RESULT: After a slight delay the drag gets interrupted, the duplicates are deselected, undo doesn’t remove the duplicates.EXPECTED: Should be allowed to continue the drag to move the duplicates out of the way, they should remain selected, the duplicate (and move) should be in the undo history.This is running in the Windows Desktop App.Thanks.

Since a couple of days I can’t use the Miro app on my mac (web version in Chrome still works). When starting it I get this message (see image) “{"message":"Not found"}”. I’ve tried uninstalling it (deleting the app in the applications folder) and installing a newly downloaded version, same thing. Tried different wifi’s and mobile hotspot, same thing. Is there some config file I can delete to make a harder reset? Or any other ideas how to troubleshoot this?  

I’m making a process map of my team’s processes and want to include demarcation lines at 6 weeks until launch, 5 weeks until launch etc. This is a pretty bulky map, so I want the lines to span the whole board vertically and also to be fixed in place relative to certain processes (i.e. a deal is signed and then that sets off a 6 week process, so ideally any time I move around the “deal signed” box, I want the line to move with it).  I’m currently having to keep moving the lines around and make them taller and taller.   Is there a way to more easily integrate this “timeline” into my flowchart?
