Whenever I update a tag on a card it updates all cards on the board and replicates the tags. I don’t want this to happen. I have tried Miro assist but it is not allowing me to solve the problem. How do I solve this so I can have unique tags? 

These both popup when you select the pen tool and they block the popup sidebar with other drawing options, so you have to exit out of the notification or click away from it to get it to go away before selecting an alternative tool. And, I also just think it is really annoying that the “just draw no need to select” message comes up at all. Sometimes I do need to click to switch the tool, AND if you don’t select it, the default writing width is super small. So the message is not only in the way, it’s also just incorrect. None of this is a big deal at all, more like a nuisance. Just a vent post and curious if anyone else runs into this and/or if there is a way to turn those off. 

Hello,  Title pretty much says it all. When I try to navigate between pages on Miro they get blocked by my adblocker and there is a warning of a malicious server list.(Peter Lowe's ad and tracking server list) Is this a cause for concern? Please see screenshot below.  Thank you for your time. Rudi van Vuuren  

Hello I would like to book an upgrate and have been getting the error for two days: Error Loading payment session   Can anyone help me ?

Doesn’t matter how many times I close, the ‘New Features unlocked” pop-up comes right back at me each time I open a new board. Am finding it rather distracting, and increasingly annoying.Is it just me or anyone else out there experiencing the same and want to kill it with fire? 

We’ve just had a session using a board in anonymous mode. However, I have reports from several people, that they were able to see names. Not everyone saw every name, but all I’ve spoken to saw 2-3 names which is rendering the whole anonymisation moot.

 Does anyone know how to correctly search in code blocks? There might be a lot of those blocks, but default search doesn’t work, even with block titles. Any ideas what I’m doing wrong? 

My settings are set to receive email notifications if I am tagged in a Miro board, but I do not receive these notifications. Please let me know if there is a solve here!

Hi guys! I’m a teacher and I share the board with two of my students, but one day I’ve noticed that some other people come to our board. They usually come every 2-3 mins, stay for 5 sec and then go. And then come again with different avatars. I’ve created a new board, gave the link to my students, but all these strangers also came to our new board. I have set a password on my board and only shared it with my students, and even after that some strangers still come to my board. How can it be possible? 

I want my table to have a column that will have automatic numbering. So that when I delete or add a row, the numbers adjust accordingly. 

When I create a connecting line between two shapes and try and move the dog leg line, on saving it snaps back to the default location. How can I stop this happening so when the document saves the lines actually resemble what I was trying to draw…. it’s absolutely infuriating!

Now that you’ve sunset https://api.miro.com/v1/users/USERID/picture - what’s the preferred way to do this without having to plug in som SCIM solution? (I couldn’t find any mentioning of Picture in the REST API v2 docs.)We’ve been on the consultant plan (there’s 13 of us), will we have to update to Enterprise plan to sync titles and photos with Miro?

Is there a way to create a frame that measures the same as an A3? Not just the ratio but the length and width? It would really help when creating content in Miro with the purpose of using in hybrid workshops etc., when you want a (readable) physical copy of your miro-frame.  Thanks! 

i am creating wireframe and would like to export the board as image. I am using one of the default wireframing template which has the smartphone vector. Is there anyway that when i export the board, it will include the “smartphone”? currently when i export, it will only export the content inside the “smartphone”. Either I create rectangle shapes to hold each content, or my content is just like floating object in the image.

I would like to merge team A into team B. The merge should move all boards of team A into team B, add users not permittet in team B to team B and then delete team A. As of now I have to:grant all users of team A permission to team B Ask all users to move their boards to team B or become owner of each single board, move the board and give back ownership delete team AAs an Admin I would like to just move all boards at once and ideally do all at once. As of today admins need to ask the users to move boards. Why so complicated?Thank you. 

I keep selecting “send to back” for table but no matter what I can’t click the squares I have on/in the table. I need to select those squares so that I can move them. I also can’t move the table out of the way because the squares move with them. help!

Hello everyone!I have plan billed monthly by card, and I have to change this card. I have button “change payment method” but when i try to do this, there is no button SAVE new card.I tried to cancel my subscription, but I can only renew it with the old card.What should I do? I have 5 days left to next payment. Should I cancel the subscription and wait for 5 days, until I can buy and pay the new one?No new order, no payment, no change a card?I have been searching for 30 mins, and I failed, pls help.
