How can I align the objects shown above so that the connector line is straight? I’ve tried moving the object manually, and using the align and auto-align features.

Hello, I just signed up for Miro and received an confirmation email, set password etc.When I sign in, the Miro icon persists on screen, but the app never loads.I have deleted my cache and tried this in Chrome, Edge and Safari - nothing works.Any tips on how to trouble-shoot please?Best Regards,Emma

Hi guys, we are using the Miro Starter edition and we need an auth token to access the Miro Board API, but we are not sure how to create one. Is it possible to generate an auth token for the live environment while using the Starter edition? If yes, could you please share the correct steps?

Do you have problems with landing decisions in your workplace? So do we! I have an idea for how we can make decisions at my workplace, without having to have long, drawn-out meetings. It goes as follows: Every stakeholder prepares a short pitch to what is the right decicion based on their point of view. They write one-two sentences in their section of the decision wheel. After everyone has pitched their point of view, everyone gets to put a marble in any of the sections of the wheel - the decision they believe is the correct one. If there are more than one section that has the same amount of marbles, all other sections of the wheel are removed, and they have to vote again - only amongst the sections that are left on the wheel. I am picturing that the wheel follows the laws of gravity, meaning that the section that gets the most marbles, ends up at the bottom of the wheel. I would love to create this decision wheel in Miro. Does anyone have any tips

I click in one place, but the cursor  is much higher than I click, I can’t interact with the objects properly at all!

I swear this was working properly just a few days ago... The 3-dot menu to modify swimlanes doesn’t appear AT ALL when I click a swimlane. This means I can’t modify the colors, nor can I delete them. It still lets me write text and add additional lanes, but I’ve hit a wall because I just need to delete the ones Im not using at this point. This is really frustrating, any help would be appreciated.

 My name is Lyubov, I am based in Ukraine. Due to the ongoing circumstances I’d like to ask whether there is a possibility to receive free access or special support for Ukrainian users/educators. 

I was on a free trial of your service, and I’ve just been notified that I will be charged R$435.00 soon. I have no intention of continuing the subscription and absolutely do not agree to be charged.It is unacceptable that I’m being told I must pay for a full month I will not use, simply to cancel the subscription. I do not wish to use the service any further, and I am requesting that my subscription be canceled immediately without any charges.Charging users for an entire month after they decide not to continue—especially when no usage will occur—is completely unreasonable. I’m making it clear now: I do not authorize this R$435.00 payment.Please cancel my subscription immediately and ensure I am not charged.

This is more of a bug notification, as I figured out the workaround. Thought it might help others, as well as get it in the queue to fix.I have MIRO boards that I use just for demos. I use synced frames from other MIRO boards. I’m the owner on all of the boards involved. These generally have a lot of team members in them. The same problem was repeated in a private board, as well as the group demo.In the board, I added new frames, then went to reorder afterwards. I never use the “insert frame below” from the frame menu. The new frame would not move from the bottom of the frame order.I played around with it and figured out a solution, but it would be very frustrating if this was a larger presentation. For giggles, I attempted this again on another board and found the following repeatable steps:New frames only, I can rearrange frames without issue. Once I add a synced frame, that frame appears in the list as “Untitled”, even though it has a tit

While it was very easy to create a new custom field, edit it’s name, add new options, it doesn’t seem like there is a way to delete the custom field.I mean, there’s gotta be a way, right? 

Hi all. I am looking to add apps like Chronos timeline. Some members of my team have had an issue with music that plays during the timer not stopping when the timer ends. This occurs when I am sharing miro through teams.  does anyone know how to make this stop?

Hi,I want to transfer ownership of 5 boards in a customer team that I’ve been working on, for a customer, as an end of project handover.How do I transfer ownership out of my organisation?I added their boards to a team in my organisation, that is now owned by their user, but had to add that user to my organisation to do the transfer.Their user now has ownership of their team and boards, but when I try to delete that user from my organisation it’s asking for a team member to transfer to...Is there a help page to cover this topic anywhere?Thanks,Paul

Hello, We are experiencing a significant issue with our Miro boards in Education Plan.The team is full, and no further individuals can be added. We had a board that we all had access and now, for some reason, no one can do anything on this board anymore. We are a large study area and almost everyone uses Miro. I’ve lost the ability to change the node background colour - it doesn’t appear as an option anymore.Why has this been removed? Or has it been moved to somewhere else? Very annoying, when I’ve put together a whole mind map based on our corporate branding colours.
