I am writing regarding an urgent issue with my account. My team and all boards within it were deleted without any action from me or my colleagues. I was the owner of the team and the boards, and I did not initiate any deletion.
I understand that Miro has been applying sanctions-related restrictions for users in Russia. However, I did not receive any prior notification about the deletion of my team or boards, and I was not given an opportunity to export or back up my data.
I kindly request that you:
Check the deletion logs for my team and confirm whether it was deleted by Miro as part of sanctions enforcement. Restore my team and all boards from the trash, if they are still within the 90-day recovery window.
If restoration is not possible, provide me with an export or backup of my board data so I can recover my work.
These boards contain important data that I cannot afford to lose. I would appreciate a prompt response and any assistance you can provide.
