Hi community,  Yesterday we initiated a business plan trial to create a single Miro board, and shared an editor link with specific guests to populate the board. This is our first time using Miro, so wanted to try it out across the next 7 days.  However, a guest detailed when accessing the board, it notified them that their access will expire in 2 days. On the board itself, I cannot see any access expiration, nor is my trial ending in 2 days. Please can you advice on how to continue to give the guests access? Do we just need to recirculate the same link? Is the problem that this is a business trial? Kind regards,Grace

I really want to use the Miro Marketing Campaign Timeline by Rizwan Khawaja that I found on Miro. You can find the template here and it’s called “Marketing Campaign Timeline.” I’d like to edit this to use for my real estate development projects. The template is setup under weeks and days by default, and it stops at week 8. I like to expand this to 52 weeks so I can cover an entire year. Does anyone know how I can expand this to 52 weeks while keeping the same formatting? I created a Loom video, which you can watch here, that further demonstrates what I’ve tried and what I’m attempting to accomplish. 

Due to the problem of the “unsubscribe” button not working, I would like to ask the support people to help me.I have tried several times to cancel my subscription and all I get on the screen is.I would be glad if you can solve this asap (as there is no ways to contact support directly)  

Due to the problem of the “unsubscribe” button not working, I have tried several times to cancel my subscription and all I get on the screen (Subscription failed to cancel).there were not any options to contact support.Then I even I deleted my team. and when I create new there was only free miro.And Miro still keeping me mail that my payment decline.But I have no idea how to cancel subscription.To delete account - does it help? Because I have other chance to contact with Miro that they to stop request money. it is seems they just only want my money :(Zena

How can I find boards to which I was given links without adding me to the team? For example, early on, I could see them in recent, but now I only see boards in my teams. Where did the boards that were sent to me via the guest link go?

I work in a board with my colleague (he created the board) and this board was in my Recent boards for a long time. but now I cannot see it there anymore. although I still can reach it via link and work there, it is no longer visible in my profile. I would be really grateful for any advise on how can i put it back and what happend.Thanks in advance!

I like to organize stuff with miro. I would also like to organize things for me alone, like my private projects or things in my private life.So i like to create a board just for myself, without any team.Since i already can be part of multiple teams, i think, the implementation of “no team” would not be very difficult. 

Hi miro community, hoping someone can help me!I’ve created a bunch of custom shaped stickies, with text boxes on them. I’ve then grouped each sticky and text box, so they work as one.When I use the Align feature to put them into a pile, the text from each overlays so it’s all jumbled up, rather than each sticky hiding the next.Not sure what to do? Ideas?!Thanks so much in advance!

When trying to import more of my Jamboards into Miro today to use with my students, I just kept receiving that an error had occurred, red x’s on the importer, and boards created for those Jamboards that seemed to be completely blank. Please help! Is anyone else having this issue and/or can anyone fix this?

3 of my staff on contract has left after their tenure so I dont need these seats in my Team plan.I can see that I can reduce the team size of my license. If I reduce the 3 seats, will I get reimbursed on these removed seats for the remaining months of my annual subscription which has already been paid?

Trying to pull in cards from smartsheet, but only able to select sheets that I have Admin access.  How do I also see sheets that I have Editor access?

Hey Team,We need to find out how to manage the free-to-paid license transition within the app to avoid automatic assignment of paid licenses when users edit Miro content. Additionally, we need to disable the invite users option to prevent individuals from inviting users due to security concerns.Thanks

Hello Friends! I’m using Miro to collaborate wtih my clients on a free account. They typically set up a board and invite me to join. This works fine. Unfortunately, I now have so many teams I’m a part of and when I want to find my template boards I can’t seem to find the team and boards that I’m an owner of. When I search, Miro only allows me to search by team and I don’t recognize any of the team where my template boards are located. Any ideas?

I applied for an educational account and immediately received an e-mail that said “You have been granted an Educational account an Miro”. However, when I log in to it, it does not seem to differ from a free account. It only allows me three editable boards, but as I understand, an educational account should have an unlimited number of editable boards.Is there some delay between the e-mail and the actual activation of the educational account? If yes, how long does it take?If no, what do I have to do to make my educational account work?

I’m experiencing a weird bug where when I move tickets/epics across columns in jira planner, they disappear on miro board (but they are correctly updated on Jira). I have to recreate the board to show them again. Is there a way to fix this? This makes the jira planner feature not usable for my use case  

I’ve been working on a whiteboard for the past few hours without logging in, so I decided to log into my account to save it for later. However, when I went to search for the board, it had completely disappeared. It’s not in my saved boards nor in the trash. I even tried logging out and accessing Miro without logging in, but I still can’t find the board. It would be really important for me to access that board again.

Has the toggle for ‘Hide Collaborators’ Cursors’ moved in the most recent UI update? I host a lot of workshops with newbies to Miro, and hiding everyone else’s cursors is a fundamental part of our instructions for getting the most out of the workshops we do. Previously we used this graphic in our onboarding:  But now that option isn’t there anymore. It’s been replaced with this.Any ideas where I can find the option now? I wish it hadn’t moved!

I am a teacher, and we are trying to use Miro for a semester-long collaborative creative project - not just a one-off brainstorm as I’ve used it in class before. I would love to be able to figure out which notes were added when, and be able to illuminate by week the additions from that week. Like lighting up where we started, which ideas were added in the next phase, and the next phase, etc. Without starting new boards, and being able to keep the cumulative ideation in spatial relationship to each other on the board. Does this feature exist? Or is there a way to approximate it? Thank you for any advice or tips!

Hi there, my friend needs to transfer Jamboards before they end, so I recommended Miro as I love using it. However, we have hit a glitch along the way. I can select the option from the dashboard (Import Board - Import from Jamboard ), but then I am stopped by a  pop up window saying:“This app is blockedThis app tried to get sensitive data in your Google account. For security reasons, we have blocked access to it.”Any ideas where to unblock it? Thank you!

 The Miro AI icon is greyed out when trying to use it and it is also not showing in the Command palette.

I’ve added a Dot Voting template to my board. But when I drag a dot from the template and attempt to add to a sticky note, all I get is a tiny grey square?I’ve tried sending the stickies to the front/back etc, but no joy. Any ideas please?

Hi all, As I’m having trouble finding where to report an error in a Miro Academy course, I’m posting it here.I just completed the Technical Diagramming course, and I noticed in the answers that there’s an error there. I marked the correct answer (3rd) and also the feedback indicates that should be the answer. However, the Quiz shows that another answer (1st) is the correct one (which is in fact an incorrect answer). Where to report this?
