For some reason, all the latest changes on my board disappeared, up to the 18th of October. How could that happen? How can I restore my data back? The version history is also erased 😥 

And also, as a free user, it seems like I can’t use the customer support form. Does it mean that the Miro team doesn’t care about such cases?

Sorry to hear about your issues. Sometimes, resetting/refreshing your browser can help. Have you relaunched your browser and tried to check again?
