Noto Sans font is buggy on Windows?

I’m using Noto Sans on windows/chrome and if you make any part of the text bold, the bold part collapses and overlaps the other text? Is anyone else seeing this? Thanks!

    2. Is the overlapping happening with all text sizes, or only specific ones?

    4. Have you tried viewing the text on a different browser or device to see if the formatting holds?
