I just updated Miro through a prompt on the desktop app and it stopped working because “You have macOS 11.7.10. The application requires macOS 12.0 or later.”  The update was through a prompt in the app, which I could have avoided if I was informed of the potential risk or it could not have simply happened if I downloaded fresh installation file from website, so it is quite a disappointment to find out about this issue now.Is there a way to re-install an older version of Miro desktop for mac?Thanks.

I am using the Miro Mind Map template to capture branching/form logic. I’m new to Miro so not super familiar with the right terms to use to illustrate my issue, but I’m trying to add a question between other questions in my mind map/tree and I can’t do it. I watched a 13 minute tutorial that said that you should be able to click into the node under wich you want to add a new node and with the cursor blinking tap “tab” and a new child node would be added, but this is not working, regardless of whether I’m using Safari, Chrome or desktop app. Instead, what’s happening is it’s creating a sibling node to one of the child nodes already there. Again, not using the right terminology I’m sure, but this seems like a pretty fundamental/basic capabilitiy, and I’m not sure what I’m missing. Does Miro offer experts to troubleshoot things like this? We have an enterprise license and I’m concerned that I can’t find help beyond posting a question in the community. Can anyone assist?

In the span of 3h I have received 10+ update prompts/popup asking me to relaunch Miro to update to the latest version.How can i disable this? It is very annoying and very distracting while working. Especially that it focus changes the Mouse from what I’m doing to the popupI am seriously considering switching to another board app if this is not resolved.Thank you and have an amazing day

Hello, Our organization is in need of updating email aliases for user accounts inside of our Enterprise Plan. We have gone through the help documents and have had users try manually updating their emails. This resulted in failures, and they were unable to complete this process. I am the admin for our Miro plan; I was able to complete this process for my account. Not sure of the differences in doing this, just the experience we have seen. From reading online, there is no way for the Miro admin to update user emails for them, it has to be done by the user. Is there a way around this so we can get these aliases updated? Also, we have looked for a Miro support email and have been unsuccessful, and we are not sure who to reach out to at this point (there is also no listing of who our contact person for Miro is) - if anyone could help us/point us in the right direction, we would appreciate it! Thanks,   

Want to be able to share a board internally in my organisation (1000+ people) and have just one level of access, which is to add and edit sticky notes.I don’t want people to have to sign up or in, just to add their name if they wish to.

Hi, I created a free plan as an individual working within my organisation and created a couple of boards, only to discover my organisation already has a Starter Plan ...if I am added to the Starter Plan can I be sure I won’t lose the boards I created in my free plan?  Thank you

As part of the enterprise level partnership, I’d like to add ideas on behalf of our broader team of consultants/facilitators if Miro has any plans to incorporate below ones in the future.Being able to re-open Miro vote after it is completed. Example, someone missed the vote, but you want to include them without everyone having to start over. Being able to export the voting results.

Hello all,I have set a fixed test font, but still every time I write in a text box, the box starts to move up. How to stop it? I don't want to lock the box because it is collaborative, I just want the text box to stay fixed where I put it.Thanks!

Any tips of using documents, when I create a document, it can be massive and take a large space  (long and thin)on the canvas. If insert just a document will it be able to be read by the AI tool?

Hi, Can anyone tell me the easiest method to invite guests to collaborate on one board within one of my teams. I need them to be able to download documents and upload images but everyone struggles with this. this is why I bought the paid plan. Also when I have tested it on a mobile device, I don’t see an upload option in the blue plus sign? I also don’t want the guests to have access to other boards in my team, and am not sure how to prevent this?thanksJenny

Hi Everyone, I have been having issues with a sticky capture server issue which doesn’t allow me to upload an image on a board. When trying to request for support it was super confusing and the intructions are not updated. I will submit a form directly but I think is important that this gets addressed for anyone else needing help. I have wasted quite a bit of time on trying to figure out how to get help and followed instructions that took me nowhere. See attached image. Learning center does not include a “Contact support” option as suggested on the how to description. Thank you

I have a paid license. Yesterday I was able to embed a few Google sheets into my board. Then there was an outage and Miro wouldn’t load, and now I’m no longer able to embed the sheets.My Miro board and Google Sheet are both shared so anyone with the link can view.In the sheet I’m doing share / publish to web / embed tab, pick the tab I want to share, Publish.It shows me the iFrame code. Hi Miro support, We have been having issues using Miro on the Desktop app and also on the web browser. The web browsers that we use to use Miro is: Chrome and Safari. What we use for Miro is Apple Macbooks and some users use Windows HP laptops. We are seeing that Miro Crashes at least 3 Times a day some some Macbooks and more on Windows. Could you provide us with what we can do to Minimise this issue. Hi everyone 👋I’d love to learn from how other teams are using Miro in real projects.Sometimes a small workflow change can completely level up collaboration.

When embedding a Miro board in presentation mode, only the first slide/frame is displayed.The navigation arrows work (I can click “next”), but the visible content does not change.I tested: Different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) Incognito mode Clearing cache and cookies Different boards and embed codes The problem persists everywhere. It worked fine until recently, so it seems to be a new bug in the embed viewer.Is this a known issue, or can you help me fix it?

I need to be able to export my MIRO board for my client as it is used for training. I need it in a frame by frame format, which used to be the export as PDF function. I don’t want it as a single hi-res image PDF. Now whenever I select the “save as PDF” option, it spins as if it’s thinking and then it stops and asks again in a perpetual loop. I tried both the app and the browser version. I also tried different browsers. This feature is broken. Please fix.

Hello, I foolishly inserted a large excel table into a board. Now the board is completely frozen. I’d love to delete the table so I can move on, but the board is not responding.I’d love to save my board, it has a lot of information on it.Any suggestions appreciated!
