I’m having an issue where if I’m in a kanban board, type something into a card and press ‘enter’ it makes a new line instead of jumping to add a new card. The same issue also happens with mindmaps, etc. I’ve tried shift+enter and cmd+enter without luck. Any ideas?

Hi, I’m working on a mac, using the miro client. The problem I have is only in the miro client, not the browser version.  I have a space containing several boards. When I open a board, the sidebar is open and shows the space sidebar. I close the sidebar, can open it again, via clicking the burger menu → Space and boards are shown. BUTWhen I click the miro logo, the boards dashboard is shown, with all spaces. → correct behavior. I close that view to return to my board I’m working on. Now I’m in the board again, and click the burger icon → [PROBLEM] It doesn’t show the space and the other boards within that space, it shows the Space dashboard again (same behavior as clicking on the Miro logo). 

I need an explanation what this means? Applied balance $0.03

I'm an Admin on our Miro account and I need to export a full inventory of all our Miro boards in CSV format. I'd like the export to include the following columns:Board NameTeamBoard URLDate CreatedLast ModifiedCreated ByCould you advise the best way to achieve this? 

I was logged in by my gmail account and now my mail is blocked and i cant log in. I want to receive my board on my other account 

Is there a way to have a pie chart or bar chart automatically update based off of a table within a Miro board?I am trying to create a dashboard for my leaders (who are excited Miro users) but hate having to manually update each graph based off of changes in the table. 

what happened? why can’t I use miro AI. I have a bussiness plan subscription. And i am the admin. it’s my team

Say multiple Miro Users have created a Talktrack to walk through a specific journey in a Miro board and their Miro account is eventually deleted - will the Talktrack they recorded cease to exist/ be deleted with their account or will it remain in the Miro Board?

Quick & simple question to the Miro experts, I’m sure you already have a good solution for my issue.With Miro usage being just browser based, when doing a large arch diagram I need to slide my cursor both horizontally as well as vertically, but many times the browser scrollbars are not present or just disappear, and when I used the wheel on the mouse it either magnifies or makes the image smaller.What is the best solution for sliding horizontally as well as vertically without resizing the Miro board.Thanks

Hello,I have a problem with the automatically generated link preview. We have one overview board where we want to link and order every other board. We do this by copying the links and pasting them into the overview board. Miro creates a preview automatically which works fine until the title of one of the other boards get changed. The preview still shows the old title and doesn’t seem to update it. Is there a way to update these previews without creating a new one?

New to Miro, and loving it!But one of the first things i was hoping to do is copy over equations and chem formulas and found a topic that seems like it gets brought up every few months.LaTeX Support or even “JUST” full Unicode!even the copy paste support in the app (Windows, Web(chrome), and Phone(android) won’t succesfully Paste even the more basic of bits, with even this forum supporting UTF-8 at least...Pasting a image of an equation with even just x^2 is still our best option? ²

Does any know where I can find information on how to add a horizontal swim lane shape to a board with an API? I am specifically asking about the Miro native shape.

Hi, I am trying to delete a desktop screen frame template without losing my work inside. It is ridiculous that there isn’t an obvious button to delete it and keep work inside. It is a mindmap and now half of my work has been cut off and cannot be found again, the placement of everything is out of place and not to mention all the time and energy i spent on this. I am not restarting my assessment and I refuse to lose my work. Does anyone know how to do this? Any help would be appreciated. 

Hi all! New to Miro and i love it!! was working on a project for the whole day with sidekick and got to the final stages of the chat to start the build and the page crashed… board is there chat isnt!! Now if ive worked on it for hours surely it should be somewhere?? Really need help

Hi there,  As a company we’re thinking of switching to Miro from Mural because Miro’s better functionality and app integration.  One function we all love using in Mural is the pop-up zoom option. Pressing on X while clicking on a post-it note will pop up the text even if you’re zoomed out of the canvas so you can still read it.  I was wondering if this an existing functionality in Miro or something you’re considering building in the future?   Thanks Umut

I tried upgrading my free plan to the starter plan, but the “Next” button is not activated after filling in the payment details. Is there anything I am missing? Kindly treat this as urgent.

Delete button is greyed outAfter clicking on the parent button on table column, I was unable to delete the column. I’ve since then decided to hide the column, but I can’t seem to even find the unhide button. Please help me out, is it a bug?

Hi, I’ve been using the Miro MCP connector well for the past week or so and today I’m getting this error code. Is anyone else getting this? Does the Miro team have an update on this? 

Hi There, I am currently on someone else’s Miro Team (I believe they have a business account). I currently only have the free account and would like to upgrade to a Starter Plan for myself. I would like to know if the boards I created as a part of that person’s team could transfer over to my upgraded account/if they were to stop their account would it delete the boards that are attached. Could you please assist in any way  Thanks, Mika

I paid for the 12.50$ Starter Pack, but I cannot access the plan that I’ve paid for. It still says ‘free’ when I visit my board and ask me to upgrade despite the invoice has already been sent to my email. Am I missing something here? Thanks.
