I changed jobs and my previous account was related to my work email. I’d like to recover the work done there. Is there a way to do so?
Hi! I’m using Miro’s Free plan and I currently have 3 boards. As far as I understand, the Free plan allows users to create unlimited boards, but only the 3 most recently created boards remain editable. Older boards should automatically become view-only.This is also how Miro worked for me in the past: whenever I created a new board after reaching the limit of 3 editable boards, the oldest board automatically became view-only, and I could continue creating new boards. However, this is no longer happening. When I try to create a new board, Miro shows me this message:“You’ve reached the limit of 3 boards. Your Free plan includes 3 boards. Upgrade your plan to create unlimited boards.”It doesn’t give me the option to create the new board at all.Is this a bug or has the Free plan changed recently? If the Free plan still allows unlimited boards with only 3 editable at a time, how can I enable the previous behavior on my account?I’d really appreciate any help, because I have many boards for my c
I am a student and I got to know about Miro’s education plan. I entered all my details and got an email from Miro that I have been shifted to the education plan but my miro account still asks me to upgrade to a paid version and does not allow me to edit a board. I have only one team and 3 boards in it. Appreciate any help with this. ThanksPra

Today I was told my credentials were compromised, on a non-miro site, my email and password were also used for miro. Except I have no password, I use my Gmail. The email looks legitimate, with sender and links all using miro’s TLD.Did anyone else receive such an email?

Dear Miro Support Team,I am a teacher at School No. 57 in Moscow, Russia, and I am trying to apply for the Miro Education plan.I am unable to submit the application form because my official school email address (which ends with NaberezhnyyAA@edu.mos.ru or anaberezhny@sch57.ru ) is not recognized by your system. It returns the error that the email must end in *.edu or *.k12.As my school does not provide such an email domain, I kindly ask for your assistance in manually verifying my educator status. I can provide a document confirming my employment (e.g., a scan of my teacher's ID or a link to my profile on the school's website).Thank you for your help.Alexey Naberezhnyhttps://57.mskobr.ru/teacher-card/9c9a153f344afc4ea76b84be0975aa76https://vk.ru/naberezhny
Hi Miro Support Team,I am reaching out regarding recurring charges from Miro on my bank card. I am unsure which account or workspace these charges are originating from, as they do not appear under my known Miro account. However, it is definitely my personal payment card being billed. It is possible my card was added to a different account or a workspace I no longer have access to. I kindly ask for your help in locating the associated account, canceling any active subscriptions tied to this card, and completely removing my payment details from your billing system to prevent future charges.
Dear Miro Team,I hope you are doing great. My name is Anna, and I am an English tutor in Ukraine. I have been using this platform for my lessons with students, and it has been truly effective for online and classroom collaboration. I have had an amazing opportunity to try all features and tools to make lessons more interesting and helpful in this long path of learning the foreign language. I have recently found out that Miro is supporting Ukrainian educators by offering a free upgrade. This is extremely thoughtful, and it would be very appreciative if I could also be included in this manifestation of support. I would greatly appreciate it if you could consider my request. Thank you very much for your understanding and support for Ukrainian educators.Thank you very much for your continued support of both teachers and students. Best wishes, Anna
Hi Miro team,My name is Vasyl and I’m an English tutor from Ukraine. I often use interactive materials in my lessons, and I think Miro could be a wonderful tool to make classes more engaging and fun for my students.:)I was wondering if there’s any way for teachers here to get free access to Miro, or if you already have special support programs for educators in Ukraine.I’d really appreciate any advice or links you could share. Thanks a lot for your help!Best wishes,Vasyl
Dear Miro Team,I hope you’re doing well.I’m an English teacher from Ukraine, and I’m reaching out with a small request. I’ve heard that Miro helps Ukrainians and offers free access or special support for Ukrainian educators, and I wanted to ask if I could possibly be considered for this opportunity.I feel a little uncomfortable asking for something for free. However, paying for a Miro subscription on a permanent basis is unfortunately difficult for me at the moment.I discovered Miro as a teaching tool and was genuinely impressed by how much it can transform the learning process. I use it to create interactive lessons, organize materials, add visual activities, and give my students a space where they can actively participate rather than simply look at a textbook or presentation. It has made my lessons much more engaging and convenient, both for me and for my students. What I especially appreciate is that Miro doesn’t just help me prepare lessons — it gives my students an opportunity to i
Up until recently we were able to convert Miro cards into DevOps tickets. This has stopped working. We have Azure cards connected to our DevOps instance.
Hi - apparently I need access to the Enterprise Plan to bulk adjust public access to Boards. We have many existing Boards, some of which have old unchanged public access which we need to be turned off. Rather than do this one Board at a time, I'd like to do it in bulk. Is this something that can be done without me having to upgrade to an Enterprise Plan? Currently on the starter plan.
I have the Edu plan. Each term I place all students on my team. Students are organized into miro spaces (each course I’m teaching is a separate space) via invitation. Students on the team cannot see the boards in a space they haven’t been invited to.In one particular space I have the default permission for the space set to “Viewer”. However, I have one board within that space that I wish to provide temporary “editing” permissions to a few selected students ... but I can’t seem to do this ... all team members in that space seem to be treated as a single entity. I can’t see a board-level option to adjust permissions for individuals. This functionality used to exist but seems to have disappeared. Am I missing something? The only work-around I could find is to invite those specific students to the board and in doing so, set them to editors. Very clunky. Is there a better way? Here’s a screenshot.
I’m shutting down the email my account is associated to but need to keep my boards. How to I change ownership of the account to my other email?
Dear Miro Support Team,My name is Olena, I am an English teacher from Ukraine. I love using Miro platform to create interesting lessons for my students. My work became easier with Your platform, I love the flexibility and placement of tools that help a lot.I have heard that Miro has extended support to Ukrainian users due to the ongoing war in our country. I would be truly grateful if I could be considered for access to premium features. It would greatly enhance the quality of my online teaching and allow me to structure lessons better.Thank you very much for your continued support of Ukraine.Best regards,Olena
Hi! I’m an English teacher from Ukraine, currently teaching children who live abroad and need English for everyday communication and life.I use interactive activities and visual materials in my lessons, and Miro would be really helpful for my teaching. As an independent teacher from Ukraine, I’m currently unable to apply for plan you offer.Could you please let me know if it’s possible to get free access to Miro or any educational support for Ukrainian teachers?Thank you so much! I’d be happy to provide any additional information if needed.
Dear Miro Team,I would like to kindly ask if it would be possible to receive free access to Miro.I am from Kherson, Ukraine — a city that has suffered heavily since the beginning of the war and continues to be affected by constant attacks. Like many Ukrainians, I have been forced to rebuild my life while continuing to support others.I teach English to Ukrainian refugees and displaced people who are adapting to life in new countries. Learning the language helps them communicate, find jobs, integrate into their new communities, and regain confidence during an incredibly difficult time.Unfortunately, I cannot currently afford a paid subscription, but Miro would make a huge difference in creating engaging and effective lessons for my students.I sincerely hope you will consider my request. Your support would help not only me, but also many Ukrainians who are working hard to build a new life despite the circumstances.Thank you very much for your time, understanding, and consideration.Kind re
Hello Miro Team!My name is Iryna, and I am a Ukrainian student currently studying in Poland.I am planning to start teaching Polish to beginners and would like to use Miro to create interactive lessons, exercises and educational materials for my students. I would also use Miro for my university studies.I recently learned that Miro offers support for Ukrainian users and educators, so I would like to kindly ask whether I could receive free access to the Miro Education Plan or another free or discounted plan available for Ukrainian students.I would be happy to provide documents confirming my Ukrainian citizenship and student status if needed.Thank you very much for supporting Ukrainian users and for considering my request!Kind regards,Iryna
Hi! I seem to be having a problem with billing. Billing page says my plan is yearly, when i follow the ‘change plan’ link it says i have a monthly subscription. I also can’t change my plan to monthly (again?) because the button just isn’t there. I keep getting notifications from my bank account where Miro tries to charge me 420$. I don’t have this money 😕 especially now that the war in Ukraine is still ongoing, it’s really hard to keep working like nothing happens. i’m alone in my team and i don’t need a business plan, starter’s enough. could you please switch it to starters monthly? thank you for your time
Dear Miro Support Team,My name is Diana Kobzar, and I am an independent online mathematics tutor from Ukraine. I have recently registered a new account on Miro to use it for my virtual math lessons. As an online tutor, Miro is critical for my work to explain complex formulas, graphs, and geometry tasks interactively. However, because I work independently, I do not possess an institutional educational email address (.edu) to apply through the standard form. Furthermore, due to the ongoing war and economic difficulties in Ukraine, paying for a premium plan is financially impossible for me right now.I kindly ask if Miro could review my situation under your Support Program for Ukrainian educators and users and grant me free access to premium features (or the Education plan). This will allow me to create unlimited boards for my students and structure different topics effectively. I am ready to provide any documents or confirmation of my tutoring activity if needed. Thank you so much for your
I’m not sure what causes this or how to work around it
Dear Miro Support Team,My name is Valeriia, and I am a teacher from Ukraine. I am writing to kindly request access to a free subscription for Ukrainian educators on your platform.During these very challenging times for our country, Miro has become an essential tool for both me and my students. It allows us to stay organized, collaborate effectively, and continue the learning process despite the difficulties we face. I use Miro for lesson planning, developing interactive materials, and structuring educational resources in a clear and engaging way.Receiving a free subscription would greatly enhance my ability to provide high-quality instruction and consistent support to my students, especially considering the financial constraints many educators are currently experiencing.I sincerely appreciate your continued support for Ukrainians and would be deeply grateful if you could consider my request. Thank you very much for your time and understanding.Sincerely,Valeriia
Dear Miro Support Team,My name is Iryna Vasylynchuk, and I am an English teacher from Ukraine. I am writing to ask whether Miro currently offers any free access, educational support, or special programs for Ukrainian educators.I remember that Miro provided free access to educators in Ukraine as part of its support during the war, and I would like to find out whether this initiative, or any similar form of support, is still available.I regularly use Miro for teaching and creating interactive materials for my students, and it has become a very valuable tool in my work. Having access to the full range of Miro’s educational features would allow me to make my lessons more interactive and engaging. If there is currently an opportunity for Ukrainian teachers to receive free access or an upgraded plan, I would be very grateful if you could let me know whether I am eligible and how I can apply.Thank you very much for your time and for the support Miro has provided to educators in Ukraine.Kind re
Hello!I am a student at an accredited university in Ukraine. However, my university does not provide students with an educational email address. I only have a personal Gmail address.I am trying to apply for the Miro Education Plan as a student. The application form requires an educational email address ending in .edu, .k12, or an institutional domain, and it does not allow me to continue with my Gmail address.According to Miro’s Education Plan guidelines, students who do not have an educational email can provide proof of their affiliation with an educational institution.I can provide my valid student ID and any other documents necessary to verify my student status.Could you please tell me where and how I can submit my proof of student status so that I can apply for the Education Plan without an educational email address?Thank you!
