Block Arrow visible in Miro disappears when exporting to PDF

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue when exporting a Miro board to PDF.

I have a Block Arrow shape between two elements. The shape is displayed correctly in the Miro board, but when I export the frame/board to PDF, the Block Arrow disappears, while the rest of the elements are exported correctly.

I’ve attached two screenshots for reference:

  • Image 1: PDF export — the Block Arrow is missing.
  • Image 2: Miro board — the Block Arrow is visible correctly.

Has anyone experienced this issue with Block Arrow shapes?

Is there any specific setting, layer, object property, or PDF export limitation that could cause a Block Arrow to be visible in Miro but not included in the exported PDF?

    thanks for reporting this and for providing the screenshots!

    A Block Arrow appearing correctly on the board but missing from the PDF export may require further investigation. I’ll convert this post to a Support ticket so the team can look into what’s causing the shape to be excluded from the export.
