I have exactly the same issue since a few weeks, I can’t work on Miro either. I’m on Firefox Windows 11 too. How to solve the problem ? Thank you !

Can you confirm if you're seeing the exact error message "App initialization failure: Loading chunk 99640 failed"? Also, when you say you’ve tried "everything," could you share what specific troubleshooting steps you’ve already taken? For example:

• Have you cleared your browser cache and cookies?

• Have you disabled any browser extensions that might interfere with Miro?

• Is your Firefox browser up to date?

• Have you tried using Miro in another browser (e.g., Chrome or Edge) to see if the issue is browser-specific?

Let me know what you've tested so far.

Hello, I have the same error. When i try to log in to Miro on a private browser session it works. I tried deleting all cookies but still doesn’t work. I’ve been having this issue for a couple of weeks.
I’m using Miro on Firefox.

Issue still exists on Firefox for me also. Doesn’t happen with chrome. It’s very annoying because Firefox is my main browser and Miro time to time just stops working on it.

I have the same problem on Windows and Firefox. What is the solution? Extensions/ add ons did not couse the problem for me :/
