For weeks i have tried to access miro on this specific device (a normal Windows 11 work laptop) but when trying to access it i keep getting this error.

Regardless of how many times i relogin, clear all my storage, cookies cache everything, I cannot access miro at all and its insanely frustrating not being able to join my colleagues in meetings inside miro.

I cant just keep switching devices, i need a fix.

It's worth mentioning, this wasn’t an issue before.

Note: WIndows 11 on Firefox

Hi @Simon Heggenstaller,

Thanks for reaching out! Since you're on Windows 11 and using Firefox, let's try to narrow down the issue.

Can you confirm if you're seeing the exact error message "App initialization failure: Loading chunk 99640 failed"? Also, when you say you’ve tried "everything," could you share what specific troubleshooting steps you’ve already taken? For example:

  • Have you cleared your browser cache and cookies?

  • Have you disabled any browser extensions that might interfere with Miro?

  • Is your Firefox browser up to date?

  • Have you tried using Miro in another browser (e.g., Chrome or Edge) to see if the issue is browser-specific?

Let me know what you've tested so far.
