Hi, we want to use Miro board for online course where on click of a button on a frame should execute script. May i know if this is possible in Miro i.e adding a clcikable event on a shape

HiI wish to cancel my subscription. I try to go into my profile but it just opens another browser window and asks me to log in again. I have tried logging out and in etc. Help!

Hello,We use “fullLicensesPurchased” value in Get organization info API to get total number of paid license in a org.And we use “license=full” param in Get organization members API to count the number of paid license allocated to users.However, we found the case where total of “license=full” members are greater than the value of “fullLicensesPurchased” in some of our customers Enterprise account. If anyone know the reason of this mis-match, kindly let me know.

Hi Miro Community,I'm a teacher and I'm interested in using Miro to facilitate group work in my classroom. I'd like to divide my class into 5 groups and have each group work independently on their own boards, without being able to see what the other groups are doing. Once the groups are finished working, I'd like to be able to make the entire board visible to everyone.Is this possible in Miro? I am a paid user, but cannot lock a mind map.  I can lock individual items in the mind map but not able to lock the entire map.  The lock option appears for me, but nothing happens when I click on the padlock icon.  Thanks.

Hi everyone, I have the question on how to delete users as an admin. i am a team admin (showed in the list of active users- and I am the only one). But I am unable (no three dots available to delete all other users) to delete users. I just saw that I am obviously (With the same email address) a member and a Team admin at the same time…The fact is that I created this space and I want to keep it with my crowd. What to do?   

I was checking the details of the Miro Embed for Confluence plugin on the Atlassian Marketplace (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1217530/miro-embed-for-confluence/version-history) and noticed that it doesn’t specify whether the plugin is compatible with Confluence Data Center 9.2.x.Can anyone confirm if the plugin works with this version of Confluence?Thank you in advance for your help!

Im looking for a method to have the age of a ( most likley sticky note but could be images ) displayed along side the item.Dealing with a lot of contributors on time sensitive boards, where if an update is expected in 2 days and it takes 3 that will mess with scheduling. But it can be tricky to constanly check the age of posts to ensure they are all within the time limit. Having a timer or age counter that would easily show postA is 1 days old postX is 3 days old so i can focus down on catching the outliers would be insanely helpfull Also being able to add a countdown timer for a deadline such as 1 months from now not only hours would be amazing I have found this which seems to solve my needs but its not appearing on the marketplace so need to see if its no longer an option, is there a better option or any inhouse ways to do this im missing https://github.com/mtreinik/miro-day-counter

Hi, I have Miro free plan. I would like to be able to manage the boards and make them view only by myself. The current behavior where the last board becomes of you only after the limit of three is very annoying and impractical. Is there a way to manually move the board to view only?

There are difficulties logging into MIRO. Every time I log into the program I have to take a survey. Why?I'm attaching an example 

My tables have stopped loading when I switched from working at home on my own computer to my work laptop in the officeI have tried the following:Restarting PC Hard refreshing the page Clearing my cookies/cache Log out and log in I can still access my boards and the rest of the info on them but I can’t load the tables which have my timelines and strategy breakdown for the year.

An error keeps popping up saying the “This tool is unavailable on the board”. I have previously exported a frame before so i was wondering how i can get that to work now. I am the owner of the board and i have the same plan that i used the last time i exported a frame.

This may be a Wish List item but surely this has come up before - I can zoom to a selected item using Alt-2, but is it possible to zoom back out just as quickly? Ideally hitting Alt-2 would toggle it back to the previous zoom level, but I can’t find any way to do that and have to resort to using the mouse wheel which is slow and tedious. Using Alt-1 isn’t an option either as it loses the current position and forces more mouse wheeling as well as panning.

heyhey,my worst nightmare is here! i have an important question and really looking forward for someone could help me!i am using miro for a testing purpose. in december i was creating a new board (i know the free version is limited to 3 boards) and used it in a kickoff meeting. the free-settings allowed me to create a new board, all settings were correct and the kickoff went well. all good until here!now, in january, i want to have a look on the board again to check some information- but all is gone. after the first shock i thought there is no problem, because i found the specific board-link i shared with my colleague. but the link want me to ask myself for the access request- but no request was sent to my mailing adress. same with my colleague, who tried the same way, but no mails in our mailboxes.i don´t get it why the link is still vaild but forces me to ask myself for access?! and then nothing will happen. i had a look in the trash bin, but because i didn´t delete anything, the tras

Does anyone know how to delete/remove milestones from this timeline view?  adding is very easy - you just click and a new one appears, but deleting them appears to be impossible?

Hi, I’ve created a flowchart with Miro AI and want to export it as an SVG image. Is that possible? The only export options seem to be JPG or PDF. Any advice would be welcome. Thank you!

Hi,   I worked on a project with client, on their paid Miro account, and have downloaded the backup in .rtb file. Now I want to open/import those .rtb files in my free account. How do I do this as pointing to .rtb file on my local drive from ‘upload’ toolbar on left doesn’t work restoring the file. Thanks,   Rehan

For some reason every time I want to login in to Miro it send a login link through my email whereas my colleageus can just login directly using their details. Why do I have this extra step?

Hello,I’ve been trying to integerate my OneDrive data inside Miro BaordI linked my Microsoft Account with miro, also installed onedrive to the features inside the Miro team,i’m getting an error message saying “ please authorize your onedrive account “I tried to uninstal and install the onedrive feature, still getting the same error, tried differant folders inside my onedrive account to make sure there is no issue regarding the files sharing from onedrive.can anyone please advice me how to solve this issue ?  

I can no longer place large SVGs on a miro board. I get the following error:Image upload failedImage was not saved due to bad network connection or server error. Try deleting the image and adding it again. This used to work without problem for over a year but has begun to error in the last few days.If I download a large SVG from a previous board, I can’t upload it to a board successfully either by drag-n-drop or using the ‘upload’ option.

I need to search for the boards owned by a certain person, who is a member of multiple teams. Could I, as an admin with the content management rights, search for the boards across entire organization? Or do I have to join each team the user belongs to, and search in every team separately?

This forum is still using my old email address. My main Miro email address has been up to date for a long time, but this didn’t carry over to the community. Please help me to fix this.
