Price Increase

So I want to let Miro know that a 48$ dollar higher yearly fee all of a sudden is outrageous, in my opinion.

I guess that 's not possible anywhere? They will read the community platform too I hope…

Regards,

Bert

@CryptoBert - Looking at Miro’s pricing page, I am not seeing any price increases.

Because you mentioned paying annually, and because the remainder of dividing $48 by $16 (the discounted Business Plan rate) is not zero, I will assume you have the Starter Plan.

If the $48 increase is per month, that could indicate 6 additional licenses (i.e., $48 / $8 = 6). However, with no insights into your plan, I am guessing.

Contacting the Billing Team

I would suggest that you ask The Billing Team to explain the increase. You can contact them by following these instructions:

Note: After you have selected Contact support from the Learning Center, select Billing & Subscription → Billing & Payments / Other.

Hi Robert, tnx for your reply. Yes, I think I had a different plan last year, but that changed automatically (maybe?) and now I'm in the higher business plan rate. However I would like to scale down to starter which seems also good for me too, and then it won't be such a big price increase.

Already reached out for help, thanks for your advice!
