There was a corporate account with an annual plan that had its plan changed to free without having requested a plan change. How do I recover this Miro license?

If your corporate account’s email was changed and you lost access to your Miro boards and subscription, I recommend the following steps:

  1. Check with your IT/Admin – If this was a corporate account, your IT team or Miro admin might have changed the email or changed the subscription.
  2. Submit a support request – If the plan was downgraded to Free unexpectedly, contact Miro Support with details about the account and previous subscription. They can investigate further and see what happened.
