Miro AI is available on the Browser and Desktop apps for users on Free, Starter, Education, Business, and Enterprise plans. However, only Members can access Miro AI—Guests and Visitors cannot use it.

If you're a Member and still can't see the AI panel, try the following:

• Ensure you’re using Miro on a supported platform (Browser or Desktop).
• Check if AI is enabled in your Team settings.
• Clear your cache or try a different browser.

Miro AI is still evolving, so results may sometimes be inaccurate. You can learn more about it in Miro’s AI documentation. If you continue experiencing issues, feel free to reach out to Miro Support.
