Left side: Original PDF - Right side: Same PDF with highlights

The original PDF loads without any issue.
The edited PDF file loads the content for a brief time then it goes blank without any apparent reason. The content is there, but it doesn’t show up.

Tried using PDF optimizer for backwards compatibility to 1.7, 1.5, 1.3 PDF version, it did not worked.


I am using

Windows 10

Thanks for sharing the details! I tried importing an edited PDF on my end, but I wasn’t able to reproduce the issue—the content remained visible after uploading.

 

Have you tried any basic troubleshooting steps to see if that resolves the issue? Here are a few things you can check:

  • Try a different browser (Chrome, Edge) to see if the issue is browser-specific.
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies, then reload Miro.
  • Open Miro in an incognito/private window to rule out extension conflicts.
  • Upload the file to another board to see if the issue persists.

Let me know if any of these help or if you notice any patterns in when the issue occurs!

The issue was fixed by using other browser, I think the issue was related to Firefox browser.
