I created a  board two months ago, and suddenly I only have only comments rights. I asked for changing it into editing right and this request shows that this miro  board is suddenly owned by another team to who i can not reach out to. How can this have happened and how can this be restored so I can edit my 0own board again? Thanks, Albert 

Hi community, I dont know why, but sometimes when I want to scale selected objects its simply impossible ? Why ?UnscalableAnd when in my selection I have one of these unscalable object, the whole selection become unscalable. Not the first time I’ve encounter this.Thanks for help.CC

OK, I cannot open a board or do anything with this software.  I am logged in and none of the tutorials I have viewed are of any use.  All they do is tell me just how great miro is and what I can do with it.  But if you can't open a board to get started, you can do nothing with it.  So is there anyone out there that can help me get started from zero?

 Hi, community!I’d like to clarify which items support tags.From what I’ve observed in the web UI, tags can be applied to sticky notes and cards.Am I correct, or are there other items where tags can be used that I might have missed?Looking forward to your input! BR  Vas

Hello,ich am a teacher and have an education plan.I am sharing a Miroboard with students, where they post things. This works well.(I shared the link with them)The following Problem:The students want to present from there Laptops. This doesn’t work. Only I can use funktions like “presentation mode” and use the function like “bring everyone to me”, whereas the students weather se the presentation button, nor the “bring everyone to me” button.What do we/they have to change?Is it, because, they only use the board with a link and are not registered within an students education plan?Thank you,Hellen 

Several months ago most of the instunents disappeared. I can add a new frame, a text. But I can’t draw or put a sticker any more. How do get these instruments back to the board?

I’m on the free education plan and have been for five years. Due to budget cuts, I am being forced to retire. 😣I am assuming once I lose access to my current email address, I won’t be able to use my account. I can get a free retiree email account at the university, but when I tried to change my associated email to that email address, it automatically added me to different team with a free plan, rather than just change my email address on my current account.Can someone let me know my options for saving my Miro work and continuing to use Miro? I will be continuing to work and teach, just not for my current employer, and not for an institution with a .edu email address.Thanks! 

Scenario: We let a small group (5-6 people) work simultaneously on one single, basic mind map. They learn to use the map, adding some branches and siblings from scratch.Maps seem to work regularly before and during this phase.After that, each member of the group is requested to work on his or her own mind map. 5-6 different mind maps updated simultaneously.It erratically happens that, after creating a new map element, whatever the command (mouse or keyboard behave the same), the new element immediately disappears.A workaround is to insist. After some trying, usually the new element is created and stays. It can happen or not; I counted even 19 tries on a single node, while others nodes worked regularly. When the bug shows up, it is usually necessary to try about four-five times before the map correctly responds. Maybe that several nodes work well in the meantime, then the bug shows up again.Trying new fresh mind maps doesn’t help.Duplicating the board doesn’t help.All users on the map c

Hi,I’ve been working on boards on a free trial inside team that I am the only member. I had 3 boards but now I can see only 2 of them. I had saved link to third one but after directing into it I see “No access to board” modal.I made no change in my account and didn’t log in for like 1 month. I need informations stored inside the third one badly. I tried to login today and it thought I was a new user. A teammate invited me to our team and it shows in my list of teams next to the new team it made me create and I show in the list of users as a FULL user but it won’t let me access any of the boards and my account still shows as free when I should be part of our company account. Please fix.

Hello,Does anyone know if the AI tool or any other feature can recreate an existing flow chart in jpeg/png format? The idea is to import a flow chart found on the web into Miro without doing it manually to then be able to edit it.Thank you in advance.Andy

Hello,simply put: there is a user card preset. I expected to be able to edit the custom fields (rename, add, delete, the works), but it seems like I either can’t access those features or they arent present.Here is whats interesting: there is a organigram preset built on those User Cards and it has one additional custom field already baked in, but adding new User Cards will have the normal categories. Obviously there seems to be a way to edit the custom fields somewhere, I would just like to know how to access it.

I cannot get on to any of my Miro boards I keep getting stuck at the loading page for HOURS. I have a project due Saturday and I don’t know what to do. I’ve looked at all the discussion boards on this and nothing is working. I’ve tried:switching browsers (Safari and Google Chrome) clearing cache and cookies restarting my computer trying incognito mode downloading the desktop app - Desktop app does the same thing trying on a different computer

Miro is constantly freezing when doing the first moves. For example, I am writing then stopping. When I start to write again the pen line freezes. The buttons are also freezing. This is a blocker for use.  When dropping a Jira Card onto the timeline feature on a board, I cannot adjust the start and end date because I get this message:  Failed to update integrated cell value: Update falled; no corresponding Jira field found for com.miro.system.start_date columnThis seems to have happened recently, because only last week I was able to drop cards on, and adjust everything manually. We haven’t made any changes in our Jira instance, however I did notice that Jira seems to have rolled out new UI and UX changes, perhaps it is related? Either way, I’d love some support on this since I use timeline for ALL my multiple project back of napkin planning.

We have the issue with our costum shape pack that it seems to go random in appearing and disappearing. One day I can work with diagram shapes as expected. On other days it only works in another browser. (with all our teams we cover a wide range of browsers)And today it’s not working in any browser… Does anyone have the same issue or are we doing something wrong?

Hello, I drew on a board on https://webwhiteboard.com/ a few days ago. When accessing the tab now, it says that the board is locked and will be deleted soon. I should sign up for free to unlock it.I have clicked on the “Sign up and unlock for free” button and created an account. However, when logging in to Miro, the board from back then is not listed. I am not sure it considered the origin of the sign up request or uses shared cookies to make a connection. When I open https://webwhiteboard.com/ once more, it again shows the same “This board is locked” dialog and sign up prompt.How to unlock and access the board?

Hello all,I’ve read up about the billing for miro! Lately I have reduced the amount of Admins/Members within our company so our billing should cost less. Is billing also influenced/ effected by anything else such as how many boards are created. If anyone has any deeper insight to the variables of billing please let me know!  Many thanks in advance,

Anyone else encountering a “The API developer key is invalid.” error when uploading from Google Drive?  I’ve had no problems doing so for the past week or so and suddenly I’m encountering this error and can no longer upload from Drive.  I’ve tried the following:1 - Clear cache/browser history2 - Signed out and then back in on the “integrations” settings page3 - restarted4 - Tried different boardsAny other troubleshooting suggestions?Thanks,Chris

Hi,I’m currently on a Miro paid plan and am the admin for my workspace. Despite this, I’m unable to remove users from the boards. I am the sole user actively working on the boards, but I’m being prompted to subscribe to a 7-user plan, which is unfeasible for my needs.Could you please assist in resolving this issue?Looking forward to your support. 

Hello!So yesterday I got an idea that I wanted to create a app in Miro and i started searching how I can do so and found a great guide on how to get me started but I gave up quite fast because things where not working on my work computer due to some restrictions.So I ended up deleting the “Developer team” (I think It’s called), but now when I want to do the same thing again i get the error or warning saying “User has already created developer organization“ but I can’t find any developer organization or team…?I have created a case on this but maybe someone here has an idea on how I can solve this? Thanks,Driton

Hi!  In a recent update, many of the UI elements in Miro were turned bright green. These new elements are super hard to read and surely do not comply with up-to-date accessibility standards (ie. low contrast). I’m surely not the only user who is bugged by this - is there a way to undo this and get back to black-on-white elements all together? Looking forward to hearing from other users too. Thanks!

It works in Firefox, or desktop app, but it doesn’t work in Chrome, even after clearing cache. I’m using the latest version of Chrome and Windows 11. I prefer using web than desktop app, and would appreciate any help you can provide. Thanks!
