As part of our internal compliance and vendor management process, we kindly request the following documents related to our use of Miro:

  1. Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

  2. Technical and Organizational Measures (TOMs)

  3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Additionally, could you please confirm:

  • Whether we have the option to host our data exclusively within the EU under our current plan?

  • Who is currently listed as the administrator of the Miro account for MOBIKO GmbH?
