Hello everyone,
I signed up for the 14-day free trial of Miro Business, but I did not intend to continue with a paid annual subscription.
Today, my trial ended and a $240 invoice was created. The payment failed due to insufficient funds, and now I’m unable to cancel the subscription because of the outstanding invoice.
I already contacted Miro Support, but I wanted to ask if anyone has experienced a similar situation. Were you able to get the invoice canceled or the subscription removed?
