Hello!
Why is the option of a Video Call not available any more? Will it be returned?

      Thanks for reaching out. The team has confirmed that a bug on our end is currently causing the Video Call option to be unavailable for some users.

      They’re already looking into the issue, and we hope to have the option available again soon. I’m sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks for your patience while the team works on this.
