Opening the link, Miro asks incoming questions every time I log in. What`s wrong with it?
Anyone else having issues with their boards loading on the app?My boards load on my desktop but not on my iPad or iPhone. I've tried closing the app, uninstalling the app, logging out and then back in, turning my devices off and then back on, and updating my iPad. The app has the most recent update. It works to load the home screen, but fails to load individual boards. It just says, "connection restored" and then doesn't load. It was working an hour ago, and now it isn't. Boards also aren’t loading on Safari, Chrome, or Microsoft Edge on my iPad. Also doesn’t work in the Incognito mode on any of those browsers. Anyone else having similar issues? Any suggestions?

Hello!I use the enterprise version of Miro, and everyone in the team has access to edit the board. In normal mode, editing is not difficult.When the team gathers together, it becomes impossible to edit the frame with the Kanban board together: while one person is editing their part, another cannot create or move cards.This makes collaborative work very difficult. The problem was discovered after April 1, 2025, and had not been noticed before.I would be grateful for your help with my issue!

Our firm’s miro pens are no longer able to resize. You can change the colour but not pen size. This happened over night. Has something changed? The tool becomes somewhat useless if you can’t adjust these things.

Hey there!Looking for a way to place a video on a Miro board? You can upload the video to a video-sharing platform (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.) and simply paste the video link on a board using the shortcuts Ctrl/Cmd+C/Ctrl/Cmd+V. The media will be displayed right on the board! Please keep in mind that the visual preview is only shown if the source service settings allow it: private videos are not displayed on Miro boards but you can go to the video source.
I would like to be able to scatter check boxes (or some other form of to-do list toggle) around my mind map. I have found icons that look like checked boxes, but I can’t seem to find an interactive way to check things off by clicking.
It would be really nice if I could select the frames I want to export to PDF rather than having to export the whole board and then delete the frames I don’t want.

I do not see a way to rotate shapes. Does anyone know how to do that? Seems like a smile thing to do but I an unable to find a way to do that. If this is not something that Miro supports right now, then this is pretty tablestakes thing to add to the platform capabilities and thus I would like to request Miro to do that.

Hi all, I have a miro account with Consultancy license. I worked on one board with my customer on my account. Now my customer is purchasing their own miro license, and we would like to import our existing board to their new workspace. I know the export feature producing an rtb file, and was wondering if I can use it for this purpose. So, can I import an rtb in any miro account (having the backup/restore feature), or only on the original account where it came from? Thanks for any input, Wiebke
Hi! I go off the grid every Monday and yesterday was my first day to evaluate which apps depend on the cloud. Unfortunately, Miro doesn’t seem to deal with this scenario very gracefully: How does Miro support offline use? I’d like at the very least, be able to view my boards read-only and it would be a bonus to create new boards offline to be uploaded and seen by my team later.
Dear community, I know this feature exists in miro but I cannot find it and also no information about it. How can I create a stack of sticky notes (say I want participants to use only one color) on the board itself so user don’t need to click through the side bar? Thank you for your help! Arthur
I’ve always used the middle button/wheel on my mouse to zoom in and out of boards. With 10 minutes to go before a presentation I’ve discovered it now scrolls up and down the board instead. How do I get back to using it to zoom which is incredibly useful whereas scrolling isn’t?

since the radius is fixed, at larger sizes it becomes too pronounced for my taste.in other tools the radius can be modified (e.g. lucid),i haven’t been able to spot a way to modify in Miro, am i missing it, or it doesn’t exist?
