How can I create a shape in miro with a dotted outline? 

Title:Hi everyone,I am using Miro with an Education plan and I am a board owner. I can upload videos to my boards without any problem, and members of my Education team can also upload videos.However, when I share a board publicly via link and allow editing access, people who open the board through that public edit link cannot upload videos. The upload option is visible to them, but the upload itself does not work.So my question is:Is this expected behavior in the Education plan?Are users with public edit access treated as visitors, and are visitors generally not allowed to upload video files?Or is there any setting or workaround that would allow video uploads on publicly shared editable boards in an Education team?What confuses me is that the feature appears in the interface for those users, which suggests that it should be available, but in practice it is not.I would be very grateful if someone could clarify whether this is:a plan limitation,a role/permission issue,or possibly a bug/U

When attempting to connect the Azure Cards app, an error occurs when Connecting the Azure Organization with Miro. The user login goes well, but when the organisation is linked the error “TF400813: The user 'ad8be917-ad24-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx' is not authorized to access this resource.The guid for that user is not found in our Entra ID and does not match the user id selected for the user account. Our DevOps environment have recently been connected to our Microsoft Entra ID.  I have been through all the steps listed on page “https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360033799934-Azure-Cards” and made sure, that all steps and rights are set as specified.  I’m a bit at a loss on how to further fault seek this, has anyone else seen this behaviour ?  Best Regards, /Sverre Eplov

My team and I have been using the Roadmap Planning Template for project management, and the synced view between the Kanban board and the timeline has been extremely helpful.However, today we noticed an issue: the information has stopped syncing between views. When we create a new ticket in the Kanban board, it doesn’t appear in the timeline, and vice versa.Is this a known bug, or is there something we can do to fix it on our end?Thanks in advance for your help!

I work for a health system on the West Coast and was wanting to purchase the Miro Business Plan as I only have 6 users interested in Miro at this time.  Potential is there for more users down the road as others see the potential applications.  My company requires any perspective Vendor (Miro) to complete an Information Security assessment form as we have to ensure our data is going to be safeguarded (HIPAA).  Then after completion of the form there is a 1 hour call with our IT Security Team for them to ask questions related to the form.  Total investment of time is about 2 hours.   I am not interested in the Enterprise plan which is where I understand your security review support kicks in.  I have explained the minimal lift involved in my security assessment request but was told by my Sales rep. Hi!I have a Miro board that contains several internal links between graphic objects. When I create a copy of the board, some of these links stop working. What’s strange is that only certain links are affected—others continue to work just fine. I haven’t been able to identify any pattern that explains why some links break while others don’t.How can I solve the problem?

Hello, My question is regarding MP4 Video Uploading to Miro, we work many animation references, and video support is extremely important. Every time I try to upload a video I get an error “File type is not supported” for some reason. previously I was able to add without problems, and now It stopped and I don't have the option, as also for my team members across all boards as well as new boards.I tried to upload a linked video file to OneDrive, but also faced problems there where I get messages that I am not authorized and wasn't able to preview the video, and other team members can’t view it aswell, so that option was also not useful to say the least.other alternatives I was resorted to was to convert mp4 to gif, but quality decreases and realistically it is not sustainable. Would love to get support and guide on how i can fix this issue (like I mentioned, previously I was able to paste videos without a problem)

I have just upgraded my miro account to export my slides with high quality. But the options are still greyed out. I have a presentatin tomorrow and need to solve this issu before 8 am british time tomorrow.thanks

Hi all! New to Miro and i love it!! was working on a project for the whole day with sidekick and got to the final stages of the chat to start the build and the page crashed… board is there chat isnt!! Now if ive worked on it for hours surely it should be somewhere?? Really need help

Delete button is greyed outAfter clicking on the parent button on table column, I was unable to delete the column. I’ve since then decided to hide the column, but I can’t seem to even find the unhide button. Please help me out, is it a bug?

Hi, I’ve been using the Miro MCP connector well for the past week or so and today I’m getting this error code. Is anyone else getting this? Does the Miro team have an update on this? 

Today I faced the problem of endless loading. The platform itself loads extremelly slow, often without any progress. Not to talk about the boards. They start loading but the loading goes on for 15 percent then it stops. I used google chrome, michrosoft edge on my laptop. tried using the app for the laptop, tried incognito mode - nothing works. the board only loads when my vpn is on. I am in Russia. I don’t hear about any loading issues from other people located here. As for other devices, I tried loading the boards on my iphone in safari and on my ipad using the app. it works throught the app from time to time but doesn’t work consistently. What might be the problem? please help 

I am creating a complicated and very large diagram, and I don’t want all the details to be visible at first glance. That’s why I need nested diagrams. I would like to enclose child diagrams inside a block that appears on the top‑level diagram. The child diagram should be visible only when I double‑click the block to enter it. Two layers of nesting would be fine, but if possible, having three or four levels would be excellent.
