Developer platform and APIs

Hi! I seem to be having a problem with billing. Billing page says my plan is yearly, when i follow the ‘change plan’ link it says i have a monthly subscription. I also can’t change my plan to monthly (again?) because the button just isn’t there. I keep getting notifications from my bank account where Miro tries to charge me 420$. I don’t have this money 😕 especially now that the war in Ukraine is still ongoing, it’s really hard to keep working like nothing happens. i’m alone in my team and i don’t need a business plan, starter’s enough. could you please switch it to starters monthly? thank you for your time

Hello!I cannot create a Developer Team or an application on my Free plan account. In Profile settings → Your apps, the “Create new app” button appears briefly and then disappears. The page says that an Enterprise Developer Team must be created.Developer Hub offers to create a developer team, but the button redirects me back to Your apps. The official link below causes the same redirect loop:https://miro.com/app/dashboard/?createDevTeam=1My account is both an organization and team administrator and has the MANAGE_APPLICATIONS, WRITE_APP_SETTINGS and ACCESS_API_KEYS permissions. The Developer Platform documentation says that Developer Teams can be created on subscriptions other than Enterprise:https://developers.miro.com/docs/create-a-developer-teamAre Developer Teams and REST API applications still available on the Free plan? If so, how can I create one?Thank you!

In my profile setting i can see a create app button for 1 second and then it disappers, i cant create an app or create a dev team to use rest api. Why is that, tried various methods, nothing works

Using Miro MCP connected via Claude.ai (Free plan, single team, account owner of the board in question).space_list consistently returns empty ({"data": [], "has_more": false}), even immediately after fully disconnecting and reconnecting the connector from the Claude side. Attempting to read a board I own (https://miro.com/app/board/uXjVJOwQIdA=/) via context_get / canvas_read_as_svg / layout_read alternates between two errors: "Board access denied" and "The connector's server isn't responding. You can try again." Board is shared with "Anyone with the link → Viewer", no explicit collaborators invited yet ("Aún no has invitado a nadie a tu equipo" shown in Share panel). Ruled out per your troubleshooting doc: not a multi-team issue (only one team on this account); not a plan restriction (docs state MCP works on Free plans). Can you check server-side logs for this account/board pairing to see what's blocking access?

Greetings, Miro Support Team! My name is Diana, I'm a medical student and a teacher from Ukraine. I use Miro for both my own studies and for teaching others, but our situation here is difficult, so I can't afford your premium subscription right now.  I've heard about Miro supporting Ukrainian users and I would like to know if it is possible for me to get access to a paid version on this account. This would help me immensely with my professional development.Thank you for your help and understanding!Best regards,Diana

Opencan we combine a new app to miro?

Recently I experienced som problems when importing flowcharts from Lucidchart to Miro. All lines dissapear when import is done as well as the title och the swimlanes. Thias has not been the issue prior to August 18th. I really don’t want to add the lines manually (it’s nearly 30 flowcharts). I would rather come up with a solution to the problem. Have you experienced and solved the same problem?

Hi!I have a situation. When someone creates a new Space, if the person marks this space as private, not even Company Admins know that that Space exists. Because it does not appear in the navigator.Any ideas?

I am trying to export various boards as PDFs using Miro's Export API (https://developers.miro.com/reference/board-export).The API response for “Get results for board export job” returns the following error. What is causing this?“errorMessage”: “Unable to export board due to an internal error”,‘errorType’: “TEMPORARY”,“exportLink”: “”,‘status’: “ERROR”,“type”: “board-export-task-result”This issue has been occurring for the past two or three days. It was working normally before that.

Hey all,I want to manage the user license from each user through the API, unfortunately I can´t find a way or any information within the API site.Does anybody has a idea?https://developers.miro.com/reference#introductionBest Regards

Hi,I am exploring this for product for the first time. When I sign in with Google, I am given a team (which is someone in my school district) that I have to join to proceed. Then I can see their boards, and it looks like they can see mine.I want to explore this as my own team -- with all that is on the free tier -- to explore if I want to get this for my coworkers. I was able to leave the team and start my own, but I don’t want this to happen to everyone piloting this for my school district. Is there a way that when people sign in they don’t get tied to this teacher’s personal team?Even if that means we can’t use sign in with Google? Thanks

I upgraded my plan and I paid $16 per 1 user and 100 AI credits now, however they still haven’t been applied yet. I am not able to use them and piad functions on Miro board. I need you to check this please.

I’m working on a board an it keeps pushing this AI Prototyping feature I do not want. I want to draw a connecting line between two shapes but it won’t let me.Its beyond effing annoying and I want this turned off permanently!!

Hi, is it possible to download the board backup via the API? I've looked through the reference and I didn't see anything. Did I overlook it? Is it possible?   Where could I make such feature request?

Hi - first time dropping a question but this is something thats really causing me issues - in Kanban when not working in cavas, but zoomed in view. If you open the record as a side panel it use to open on the left. and push the board further along so you could see all your columns and still have the side panel out. Its not moved to the right and covers up the end columns - so you have to close the side panel to change any data.Anyway of changing this back? Is there something I can configure?

Hi!I need help with a board issue. Some shapes and content on my board have disappeared unexpectedly on my important work. I can only see the lines these diagram.I already tried the following troubleshooting steps:Reviewed board historyTested in different browsersCleared cacheNone of these steps brought the missing content back. Note: I have a Miro's free plan. Could you help me get the board view back?

Hello Miro Support Team,I hope this email finds you well.I am an independent language teacher from Ukraine, teaching Polish and English online. Miro is a vital tool for my daily lessons, where I create interactive boards, grammar guides, and vocabulary materials for my students.Given the challenging situation in Ukraine, I am reaching out to kindly ask if it would be possible to grant me free subscription access to Miro under your support or educational initiatives.Having full access to Miro free of charge would help me tremendously in continuing my teaching work. Please let me know if you need any confirmation or additional details from my end.Thank you very much for your time, support, and understanding!Best regards,Mariia Petrova

Hi,I am currently working on a client board and have been experiencing repeated glitches. I am now unable to access the board.Could you please advise what may be causing the issue and how it can be resolved? Should we continue troubleshooting the existing board, or would you recommend creating a new one? Thanks,Deepti

Whenever I clicked on a space, it showed me my boards and I was able to organize them alphabetically or by last-modified. Now the UI takes me directly to this window; I can see all my boards to the left but I cannot organize them at all. Help please.

After signing in, Miro stays on the loading screen indefinitely on both mobile and tablet. And I am sure that it is not about internet.

Hi, I'm Fernando — need help recovering a deleted boardI created and owned a board my team has used for months Today I found the board was deleted I understand only owners can restore boards, but I'm unable to do so myself I tried getting Business trial access to check the trash, but still no luck I checked other organizations/teams on my account and found nothing there either Is there a way to check who the current owner is, or get the owner's email, so I can follow up?Any help is appreciated — this is time-sensitive for my team.

It appears that the Miro Labs Webhook Manager app has stopped functioning.I’ve already opened a GitHub issue on the repository, but I wanted to check with this community to see if anyone has heard anything about the current status of the app or its future support. The application's API endpoint no longer seems to be responding. Additionally, when the app is installed and run within a team, it fails and then disappears from the boards where it was previously available.Has anyone else experienced this issue or received any communication regarding the status of the app? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hello,I use Miro to run live English lessons, and over the last few weeks my students have started seeing my boards rendered incorrectly. My own view is fine, but on their side images appear with the wrong size and the wrong crop. This did not happen before.Case 1: image sizeThe board contains around 40 small images (emoji-style icons and photos) that I resized manually. On my screen they display at the correct size and position. For one student, the same images rendered at their original, much larger size, overlapping each other and covering the text underneath. The text elements stayed in the correct positions, so only the images were affected. Screenshots attached: my view and the student's view of the same frame.   Case 2: crop and background removalI uploaded an image, removed the background and cropped it to keep only the object I needed. On my screen it shows correctly. The student sees the full original image, uncropped and with the background still there. This suggests that the

While duplicating a board and working on the duplicated board, I deleted a bunch of content and replaced it with content a copied in from another board. The deleted content has disappeared from the original board.I tried ctrl Z, it didn’t work. Then I tried going through the activity, but it only included activity from the board that the copied content came from.In trying to recover the deleted content I went back going back through versions and history, however the Board History only goes back to July 22. Today is July 31, meaning all work in that period has been lost. Please advise.
