Bulletin board, and comment features?

Does Miro have any functionality that can turn a board into a somewhat controlled environment that operates like a bulletin board? I would like to allow facult to post project ideas, and allow students to comment or ask questions about those projects, and the facilitate connections between the two when their needs are in sync. I have been considering Padlet for this, but wanted to see what’s possible with Miro first. It needs to be a somewhat controlled environment, and easy for users to posts, not a free-form, brainstorming-style board. Thank you.
