Can't access my Miro Page / Web / Board

Hello, 

 

I cant access my Miro board (I have 3), the page keeps loading. 
I tried changing the password but it doesnt help. I cant access any of my boards or profile so I can’t change anything. 

 

I tried downloading the Miro app on my computer (mac) not working either. 

 

I can olny access from my phone (the miro app). 

 

To keep working on it I need to be able to access the board from my computer. Any idea of what can be wrong? What can I do ?

 

When I open it for the first time I was in Bangkok, Thailand. Maybe the fcat that I am now in France changes something?

    Thanks for reaching out! 

    Since you can access Miro from the mobile app but the boards keep loading on your Mac, I’d recommend trying the following steps:

    1. Try an incognito/private window in Chrome or another supported browser. If Miro works there, clear your browser’s cache and cookies for Miro.

    2. Try a different browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, or Edge, and make sure it’s updated to the latest version.

    3. Disable browser extensions temporarily, as some extensions can interfere with Miro.

    4. Check your network: if you’re using a VPN, turn it off and try again. You can also test Miro using a mobile hotspot to see whether your current network is blocking the connection.

    5. If you’re using the Miro desktop app on Mac, open the app and go to Help → Reset application data, then restart the app.

    6. If the issue continues across different browsers and networks, your network firewall/proxy may be blocking Miro or WebSocket connections.

    Your move from Thailand to France should not normally prevent you from accessing your boards, so I’d focus on the browser, app, and network troubleshooting above.
