After switching from an Enterprise to a Business account, the “unlocked features” menu has appeared in my boards (despite being a customer for 5+ years). I cannot get the list to disappear, it is stuck at 87% despite showing each option as being complete. I can’t scroll any lower on the list, either. What’s in the screenshot is all I can see. I have tried repeating each step multiple times to no avail. Please, please give us the option to disable this feature, there are multiple other posts about this problem.  

Hello, is there a way to customize the first column in the timeline view? I’m new to Miro and I’m not sure how to accomplish this. Sorry if this has been asked before.As seen in my screenshot below, I’d like to customize the first column and add different category headers to my projects. For instance, Lead Team + Key Dates. Miro doesn’t seem to offer this capability, is my assumption correct?   

As the title suggests, i was surprised with a yearly bill showing up in my credit card for the next year, even though i had stopped my premium subscription with miro.. and suprise surprise, can't contact them in any other way...

I have applied for the Education Plan, it's been 10 days (which is the maximum response time informed) and I still haven't received any feedback. I just want to know if my Education Plan was approved. How can I know?

Hey,we currently use Miro to visualize the outcome of our Bigroom Planning to synchronize 14 development teams with internal and external stakeholders. I’ve googled it and searched the forums, but can’t find a way to automatically summarize story points. I only found several feature requests on the community forums with most of them being 3-4 years old.However, at Miro’s Canvas 24 event I saw a feature that looked like it could summarize data (e.g. calculate sums of story points). Is this out yet, or do we still need to calculate the sums by hand?Thanks!Clemens

I had 2 boards that were my main boards on the free plan. I upgraded my plan for a month and created a few boards which I ended up deleting and just use the 2 boards. However now that I have gone back to the free plan, one of my boards is view only. I only have 2 boards in my free plan. It mentions something about how it only keeps the 3 most recent boards but I deleted all my other boards and only have 2. Can someone help me change my board from view only or help me figure this out without having to upgrade? 

I have inherit a Miro account in which there are many teams and lots of boards inside each team with owners no longer existing in the firm. How can I bulk move all those boards into a new [ARCHIVE] board? I’ve searched online but doesn’t seem to exist a solution when you are NOT the owner of the board.

I would like to upgrade my free Miro account to the Miro Starter plan in order to download a graphic I created earlier in high quality. However, I am the only one of the 26 members in our current free team who needs this. The system shows the following option: “To reduce your team size ask your account admin to remove 26 members or create a new paid team. Otherwise, your subscription will include all 27 licenses.” If I create a new paid team, will I still be able to access and download the graphic I created with the previous free team?

I seem to have lost access to certain boards in MIRO, probably because I logged out. Now I can’t access these boards anymore. Is there a way to restore my access? Thank you for your help!

I forgot to cancel my free trial and i've read in the website that after 14days of failled attemp of payment it would be automatically cancelled but based on the invoices days it is already 15days late and it is still not cancelled. how can i i cancel this and wont charge my card that is on file. also i need to free my card from being billed.  its charging for a business plan that is yearly which is almost 200usd

I’m trying to apply for miro education plan but whenever i click on the link for student, it directs me to an error page  

We just ran a workshop.We use Miro.Several people seem to have developed an aversion to Miro as it has been complex, laggy.But all gave it a go.The killer was the plethora of marketing questions that new users got from Miro before being able to access the board for the workshop.This wasted time in the workshop and was an unnecessary and unhelpful distraction.Please remove/ minimise these questions.

Hello Miro Team,We want to integrate Miro into our Webex environment.The integration itself works seamlessly.The only problem is that the board links and embedding break when switching between working areas inside Webex.Reproduction steps: Create a new working area/channel Add the Miro app to the area Create a Miro board Make it fullscreen/active Switch working areas/channel Try to go back to the Miro area/channel Unfortunately, this makes it impossible to work over time.I look forward to your response and solutions.Thank you in advance.Sincerely,Benny aka 13ennyEdit 1: The bug still persist where clicking them is opening nothing. 

When I integrate the colleague in the Team, send an invitation-Link or invite via Microsoft the issue remain. We have the starter plan and are all Full members, our colleague not. But others boards on what she is invented she could open normally? 

Hello,   I am creating an organizational chart. I used the ‘Org Chart’ found on the toolbar. There is a box on an arm that I need to be larger (yellow box in image) to have all the text visible. It takes the text but it only shows the clipped text (red box in image).  How do I enlarge the box? Thanks, 

I have an old diagram in the drawio format, I want to import into miro. I’m not able to export from diagrams.net into the vsdx format as described here: https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/11842913643538-Import-Draw-io-diagrams-to-Miro. Looks like that feature was removed in March of 2025: https://github.com/jgraph/drawio/blob/7114e2037b400fabce0824bfc8f20703eeda5fd4/ChangeLog#L208
