Apologies for needing to go through Community, but I'm in a circle of <BLEEP>... I followed the instructions to contact support, but "Contact support" and "What's new" don't appear in my left sidebar, plus the Sales webform didn't work.
Last night I discovered my annual subscription auto-renewed for $190, despite not using the software for most of the past year (there was a login glitch that prevented access). I had planned to cancel.
If I missed a notice email, please forgive me —I was distracted by the world being on fire.
I've found Miro emails across multiple accounts, so I need clarification on which email was charged (and will be refunded).
Appreciate you routing this to the right person for a timely cancellation and refund. Thanks.
