Is there a way to embed an embeded list from Twitter?I get the code from Twitter Publish page but then I paste it on the iframe option on MIRO and it says is not valid. We have a consultant plan and every now and again I get an email from Miro that someone has activated a day pass. This has happened for people who are not users that I have set up, i.e. they are not active users that I set up as a day pass user. Does anyone else have any issues with this? It feels wrong that I can get charged for a new user that I didn’t invite.

Hello!I didn´t work for several months, so also didn´t login to Miro.Now starting work again, there is not one board available. My overview is totally empty…How do I get my boards back?What happened?Hope somebody has an idea.Kind regardsJessica

I am using the free plan and I am only part of two teams (which are not created by me).  I tried creating new team for myself, but it asks for upgrade. How should I create a free team to have some of my own boards?

Hi, we are planning an event with 1 board of 5 frames.Each frame will be shared in different Sessions (in Hopin, but I think it would be the same in Zoom-rooms).The question is: what happens if a moderator (editor with occasional Day pass) sharing his frame push the button ‘’Bring everyone to me’’.Will only members who see the shared Miro frame be called to the same location or members of the whole board? Thank you!

Every time I open a link to a board it pops up with this message:I cannot get rid of it. I have tried:•Clearing browser settings.•Completely deleting the Miro app off my laptop.•Running CCcleaner to try and fix the issue.Unfortunately the issue still persists and it is extremely frustrating.Any help/advice is appreciated.

How can I change the person assigned to a task without them having to be a team member.  I just want the tag for visual representation not for any action.  When I download the sample boards they have “random” names in them but I cannot change them without needing to add a team member. In the picture below the sample board has the team member “Adam” shown as tag.  I want to change that name without actually creating any one.  Use case is a title like “Tech Lead”  

Whenever I’m using Miro the line tool always just deploys when I’m doing text and other things.  Sometimes that is happening with my guests, too.  It’s really a barrier for getting people to play on this as guests and it’s frustrating.  Any tips on why this happens?

My education account seems to have de-activated, but when I try to reactivate, it will not let me upload “proof”. Those boxes are greyed out. I cannot add a new board for my new class this semester. Help!!!!

Hi there,I use bulk stickies feature ALL THE TIME for note taking - one issue is that if the thing I’m noting is in the board I can’t ‘see’ it and bulk sticky at the same time as the bulk sticky mode takes up the full screen.I’ve hacked it by logging into the board on two tabs but that is not ideal.Is there a way to do it in one tab that I’ve just not found?(NB I am neurodivergent and extremely visual due to working memory differences. Miro has been an absolutely AMAZING tool for me and I’m sure other neurodivergent people that work in the creative and tech spaces).Thanks Vicky

Trying to implement integration of Miro with our platform. We serve video, protected by credentials.I tried using the embed feature with an iframe, and I see the the video preview is not working. Only when I click on the video, it opens up a bigger screen and play it if the security tokens are well established. I read that this video preview only work for public content  for mainstream services like youtube.However, given we control our videos, what would it take to make the video preview work in Miro with the embed iframe trick?Thanks in advance for the help

When I try to add a Link,  MiroBoard corrupts my link, example: if I pasteC:\Program Files It becomes:file:///C:/%5CProgram%20FilesThis is a new thing and very annoying before I could just paste and it worked a very unhappy user

Hi Miro Experts, I am using the Miro Cards to capture some actions, I Need help When I change the a specific card name, tag name, All the cards in the board are changing? Please may I know how can I have cards with different board names  When I assign the card to someone, they don’t get email but have information in the Miro task panel, but when they respond, I did not get any indication  I want to have these cards linked to Jira. Are there any other tools where we can engage in to and fro communication to exchange notes, review comments, detail like SharePoint commentsNote: We have organization licenses for MiroRegards & Thanks a lotAnand

I had created a board  and while checking share settings so I can share its link, I clicked on dropdown no access. I am now unable to access my own board. I am also the admin of the company Miro and cant see/access my own board.I had by mistake clicked on 'no access'please help get this board back since a lot of important information is in this board. Pls help.I opened support request and waiting to hear. 

If you insert a shape into a workflow map, will the map dynamically change or do you have to decouple the arrow, insert the new shape, move the other shapes and then add arrows back in?

Hi! Does Miro support a double-headed arrow? Pointing at 2 opposite ends.

I originally signed up as part of a team (which I am not the admin of) and would like to create my own team.  It says I have to leave my current team to create my own team unless I upgrade.  So if I leave my team, create my own board, would I be able to rejoin my old team?  To go along with this, it says on a FAQ page that you can be part of multiple teams.  Is that not available if you have a free account?  

Hello!  I’m a true newbie to Miro.  At a conference this weekend I was invited to join a team collaborating on Miro--but when I click on the “accept invitation” link in the e-mail received, I am brought to my personal miro page (with no boards) and see no way to find or link to the team collaboration.  I’m hoping one of you can walk me through connecting with my team--I don’t even see a way to search for the team despite knowing the group/team name and manager.  Please advise! Hi I want to embed a frame (mindmap) of my Miro board into a Google presentation. I have an enterprise license and already found how to embed a frame into a website, but that doesn’t work for Google presentations. Sylvia

I just reimaged my computer and now I cant find my Miro Board. Does anyone know why it could have disappeared and how I can find it again?It doesnt show up with a title or owner search.Thank you! 

Hi all,Just wondering if its possible to have task card X flash after a set Date has past.The idea being that while I can select a date on a task card it would be nice to have some indication of when the time/date elapsed via the item flashing as a whole or just the set Date value flashing.  This would make it easier for team members to see things that need action due to time expiring.Not sure if something like this already exists… if not, I can put on the Idea section. Thanks!

I am trying to package MIRO for mass deployment of 3.500 staff at TWG, the Windows store version has issues with our SSO product OKTA, the Desktop version does not work when using the command “-s” as suggested in its registry install path, however if i run it manually via command prompt the application installs. Furthermore the applications silent uninstall command also does not work. Looking forward to a solution. Cam Harris.
