We had a client using Miro for a brainstorming activity.  The project is now finished and she continues to receive updates and emails from Miro, despite having clicked the ‘unsubscribe’ link multiple times. (They are Miro promotional emails, we have removed her from all of our boards). She is becoming very frustrated and would like to delete her account to stop receiving messages from Miro, but cannot figure out how.  Any advice? 

I want to be able to create a page a google sites similar to the one on Miroverse that I can share internally within my organisation. To be able to do that I was wondering if it is possible to create the use template button on a google site.Any advice is appreciated!

I have a template for a board that contains lots of frames. I now want to rename and reorder them. But, when editing the template, I can’t access the list of frames. How do I edit frames in a custom template?

Hello MiroI am only slightly pulling my hair out over this. I have a Miro account that is currently on the free tier. I have recently been added to an external team (by a 3rd party) that I am collaborating with on a project. This team is also on the free tier, and they have 3 boards on there already.I want to now create a board of my own, for personal and unrelated things, but it seems like I can’t because the boards on this other team counts towards my own allocation?Is this supposed to work like this?  Why can’t I create my own boards outside of the team that I have been added to? What would have happened if I had a board on my profile already, and then got added to this team? Would Miro have deleted my board or something?

Hello. Some users have created new boards in my Account, what have locked my original three boards. Is it possible to remove these users and keep their boards in another account? I expected to use the "Move Account" feature to that, but member says it is not being displayed to here.

Is there a plan to allow CC libraries to import other than AI files ??I’d like to be able to see InDesign libraries.Any Tips / Advice ? When i try to import form CC it says not supported.

Hi all. I am on a free miro account. I have attempted to embed a Miro board into a Qualtrics survey. However, when people attempt to use the survey, the board says “Access Denied”. I have set the board to the most public settings available on the free plan. Is it just not possible to have the board display for view only to everyone?

Hi everyone. I created a Miro Board on which I clusterized some pictures. I would like to be able to download these pictures in such a way that I could know to which cluster corresponds each picture.I tried to give the name of the cluster to the picture (from the board, when you click on the picture it looks like you can rename it) and to download a board backup, but the name of the downloaded picture is not the one I chose.Does anyone know how I could do such a thing?Thank you!

Hi all, I need to copy groupings of information on separate lines (similar to address labels) from a Word doc over to Miro as sticky notes. The information copies well (each “label” gets its own sticky), but the information for each sticky gets copied as a sentence (“Info1 Info2 Info3”) rather than line-return-line-return-line, like:“Info1Info2Info3”Is there any way to enable this information to import as separate lines within a sticky?Thank you!

Hello, very new to Miro. I love the feature that I can insert a multi-page pdf (like a slide show) and move through it page by page. This means I don’t have to switch back to Zoom and have the presenter share screen. Works great for me. The problem is that when I tested it with a team member, they could not see the ‘slides’ (pages) changing when I changed them; they could advance pages themselves, but did not see what I saw. How do I ‘present’ say a 10 slide deck either in ppt or pdf within Miro so that everyone can see when I change slides (can see what I see).? Thanks!

Would be great if you could these features as Math educators struggles a lot , LaTex is too much time consuming , EquatIO already have image convert to LaTex , so why reinvent the wheelAdd EquatIO & GeoGebra as a plugin as they already have a bunch of stuffs for Maths Scientific Calculator . scientific formulas/expressions/equations pre available Can add equation or any math/science related things by connecting a phone or tablet and using pen on the phone and it shows on Miro live.Thanks , Kind regards. What you guys think ?

When I try to open the Miro plugin from inside Zoom, I get the attached message. Also, neither of the links in that window work. In short, nothing works, not even the links.Now what? 

If I convert an account to the Teams paid tier, would I be able to restore a board to a previous state before the conversion? The option to restore does not seem to be available to the Free accounts. Thanks! -Matt

I see that in my preferences I have a list of “integrations” I can turn on (eg Facebook, OneDrive, Dropbox). There is no explanation of what such integrations do. Yet there are also “apps”, many of which have the same name and (perhaps) the same functionality.I’m specifically interested in being able to embed videos from OneDrive into my Miro boards. Does that mean I need to use an “integration” or an “app”? This page seems to talk about an integration as an app, so I’m confused:https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017731273-OneDriveMeanwhile, I can’t install the app, since I’m not an admin, but I can turn on the integration. But I can’t tell what it does.

I heard during a training session recently that a Miro and Zoom integration is coming.  How can we get more information?  I am prepping for a workshop and plan to use both Miro and Zoom.   ​​​​​Do we have a timeline? What is the initial integration use case?   If it fits into my timeline, I would like to know if the use case(s) being worked on align with my needs or not.  I will be doing a workshop with 12 people and using Breakout rooms from Zoom to collaborate on different areas of the board.   Please let me know.  Thank you.

When I am trying to export a frame as a vector pdf, the text on the majority of the Sticky Notes on the board disappears and does not show on the pdf. Does anybody know why this is happening and how I can get around this? Thank you.

Hi there,I’m getting more familiar with Miro, but I’m not a ‘power user’. I’m also learning and applying the ‘working backwards’ ideation and problem-solving methodology, which is powerful when applied judiciously. My question is, given what you know and what we are all experiencing (remote working, etc.) would you prioritize mastering an online workshop via Miro (the tool)? Or, would you recommend concentrating on the methodology (and related artifacts and deliverables)? Maybe part of the solution is having multiple people involved (facilitator and documenter)? Thanks for your perspective!Tim

I apologize for such a newbie question but I searched everywhere I promise.  Is it possible to have a shape, with two colors(sections)?  I know I could create two squares and lay one on top of another, and color one differently, but I’m trying to create a rounded rectangle. Best example I could find is attached.  I can’t seem to figure out how to make a separate area at the bottom of this object its own color, have the corners aligned, etc.  

Why can’t I create a new free team? I have been invited to others but can’t create a new one… I would like to have a free board that I can manage with a new set of people but I can’t find support help on this topic.

I’ve used the prefilled Technology Roadmap template.I have a table that is set to “cell resize = manual”. I can select columns separately and edit the width of almost all columns, but for whatever reason for some columns the resizing does not work.Anyone any suggestions on how I might fix this or what is causing this?In the image below: it’s the one highlighted in blue that doesn’t work. I can change the columns left of it. On the right of it, I can only change the width on the righthand side.

Calling all brilliant people!! Needing help please!! :)Why can’t you just add columns and rows to a program board like you can with a generic excel table? Is there a way to do this? I hate having to go and hand-select hundreds of boxes to copy and paste when I wish I could select “add row” or “add column” or even just lasso everything at once, duplicate and be done. BUT, if I lasso something (like the proud Texan I am), it only grabs two out of DOZENS of elements in the lasso so I have to click individually every item inside the target area…. sigh. This is the ONLY thing I don’t like about Miro. Doing this is NOT an intuitive workflow and I’m wondering if anyone else has had this issue or found a workaround?Thanks!!
