I am trying to connect Miro to Claude. When trying to authenticate the MCP connection, it has submitted an admin request.Requires admin approvalYou've previously requested this app. You'll be notified once the admin approves it.I am a company admin in a Business plan. I am not able to find where the app requests are to complete the connection.

Hi!I would like to add dates and user assignements to specific tasks inside a card. I see that you can add them on the card but I have cards that contain several tasks and I would like to be able to specifically assign each task a date and a team member. Is it possible? Or is there another tool than cards that would allow me to do so? Thanks!

When creating a process map or a diagram within Miro, is there functionality that allows users to track an approval process? e.g. from ‘Draft’ to ‘Pending Review’ to ‘Approved’ to ‘Complete’?

Dear Miro Team,My name is Daria, and I am an online English tutor based in Ukraine. I am writing to ask whether there is still an opportunity to get free access to one of Miro’s subscription plans, as I’m aware of your support for Ukrainian educators during these challenging times.I’ve been using your platform for quite a while at the moment and I found it more than useful. I believe my students will benefit greatly from working with it.I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide me with any information of how it can be achieved.Best regards,Daria

I'm writing on behalf of BEIJING ACROSTAR CULTURE TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD to solve an urgent payment issue. Acrostar company has been using Miro as a workshop tool for 3 years with 2 different accounts, however, the original account (registered e-mail address:760010097@qq.com )was no longer in use anymore and Miro still charged us for team subscription for two years. Please see attachments of auto deduction payment screenshot from 2025 to 2026. So we want to settle these problems with your help-- <1>Cancel subscription of this account (registered e-mail address:760010097@qq.com )immediately and delete the binding bank account for auto deduction as well; <2>We ask for a chargeback of payment for team subscription from 2025 to 2026, summing up $7296 in total, since we haven't used any service provided by Miro. Hope we can get feedback on this issue from your team soon.Should you have any further questions and concerns, do not hesitate to contact with me. Zoe, Acrostarzhouyixuan@ac

Hi Miro team, I need urgent billing help. I created a Business team last year for a one-time volunteer 4th of July committee project, and now I’m being charged around $900. Only 1 email saying it’s over and then they try and charge? I’m a small business owner and cannot afford this. I tried to cancel, but it appears the system is requiring payment before cancellation. Please escalate this to billing so the subscription can be canceled and the invoice waived/reversed. This was not intended as an ongoing business subscription. I see this is happening to a lot of other people, too.

Dear Miro Support Team,I am writing to request the permanent deletion of an old Team that was created several years ago. Here are the details of the Team: Plan: Free Plan Current Status: The original administrator of this Team has already left our company, and there is currently no active administrator available to manage or delete it. From a security compliance perspective, we need to completely delete the entire Team and all its data, rather than having individual members simply leave the Team.Could you please assist us in permanently deleting this specific Team? Please let me know what information or verification you need from my end to proceed with this request.Thank you for your support.Sincerely,Eiji Sekiya

Our company use Miro for Fashion Design and create a lot of boards that use JPG or PNG for visuals rather than Miros shapes/stickies.Once we drag and drop into Miro images are all different sizes, which have to be manually resized. We use A LOT of images 500+ so this is very time consuming! p.s love miro

HiSometimes I (or better: the other person) have the problem, that someone I share a board with is asked to log in before being able to see the board. Though I chose “Anyone with the link can edit”. Luckily this happens only a few times. But why does that happen? Not all of my guests have a miro account.

Hello, everyone. I haven’t been able to use my Miro boards for two days now, as they aren’t loading. The thin blue line in the left-hand top corner isn’t moving at all. I have all my work organized there, and this is causing me a lot of inconvenience. Any advice how to handle this issue or report it if I have a free plan?

Hello, I’d like to flag an issue that multiple of my colleagues reported. On Chrome, sometimes you have an endless login screen, that cannot be solved by cache deletion or other methods inside the browser.Only method working here is to change network (WiFI → Hotspot → WiFi) to make it work.Is this a known behaviour?

I am part of 2 teams in Miro of which I am not the admin. I now want to leave these teams, but I don't find an option to leave anywhere. I cannot seem to acces the team profile and/or I don't see the admin console (since I am not the admin). The original admin doesn't work at our company anymore, so his mailadress doesn't excist anymore. Can anyone tell me how to leave the teams?

Hello I already filled in the complete card and billing details to purchase a Miro subscription for 1 person. However, I still can’t proceed because the button remains disabled. I can’t proceed next to buy

Team member has also not reached the limit. Please advise on how to resolve this issue. Thank you. Luigi

I have one board. Just one. But i have this trouble !

hello, i’ve recently encountered an issue for the first time where my only 3 boards are showing as uneditable. I was under the impression that once i pass 3 boards, the oldest is set to view only. However, despite having these three boards functioning for the last week, today it’s showing all three as view only and I can’t edit any of them. I’ve attached screenshots of what I see on my end:Home screen: Project 1:Project 2:Project 3:I’ve been using Miro for years and this has never happened. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Miro Support Team,My name is Kate, and I am an English teacher from Ukraine.I recently found out about Miro’s initiative to support Ukrainians by offering complimentary access to premium plans during this difficult time. I would sincerely appreciate the opportunity to participate in this program.Your support would be extremely valuable for my work and teaching activities. If necessary, I am happy to provide any documents or verification to confirm my eligibility.Thank you for your time, consideration, and support.Kind regards,Kate

Hello! My name is Oleksandra. I recently started using your program, and I really enjoy it. The thing is, I live in Ukraine, and unfortunately, we are still going through a war. I would sincerely like to ask for an upgrade to my subscription plan, as despite the situation, I continue teaching students English and Ukrainian.I would be truly grateful to you and your organization for your support.Kind regards,Oleksandra

I created and used a Miro board for around 6 months with my tutor (since Oct 2025). I was the original creator and owner of the board. One day the board suddenly disappeared and showed “Board has been deleted by owner.” I even upgraded my subscription trying to recover it from Trash. After contacting support, I found out the board still exists, but now belongs to an unknown workspace/team called “kkiaka” that I have never heard of. I no longer have access to my own board, and my access requests receive no response.I never transferred ownership, never intentionally joined such a workspace, and never removed my own access.Has anyone experienced something similar with Miro ownership/workspace reassignment? What should I do? I really need this board back as exam is coming soon

Hello,  My name is Hanna, I am a Ukrainian French teacher working with Ukrainian students online.  I recently started using Miro for my lessons and discovered that Miro offered free access for Ukrainian educators. I would like to ask if this offer is still available.  Thank you very much for your time and support.  Best regards,  Hanna

I have a payment issue with the software Mirror. I need to make a payment on April 30th this year, which is $576 annually for this turn. However, there was an error in my previous payment setup. When I noticed this, I wanted to adjust the number of members to reduce the payment amount. But after I modified the number of members, the annual price for April remains $576. I hope to adjust it to the annual billing price for a single user than pay it. What should I do? Otherwise, I will have to pay 5 times more than necessary.

For weeks now I have been plagued by an issue when entering text into one of our boards.I will type at length, then suddenly I am looking at the text from 5-10 minutes prior! All the changes I have made gone in an instant. I believe this is an issue with connectivity with Miro’s servers; if connection is lost, Miro will attempt to re-connect, and overwrites any changes that haven’t been synced to the server.Although I have now gotten into the habit of entering text, clicking off the shape/field to allow an update to be pushed to the server (hopefully???), before continuing. Didn’t seem to help just nowI’ve lost a lot of progress due to this bug over the weeks.I can only confirm this is occuring with text, it’s the only element where I’ll be “in the process” of editing for any period of time.I used to be a subscriber with another team, and was considering upgrading to a paid subscription for my own team, but if something as bare-bones simple as “checking for conflicts” isn’t in the app.

Dear Miro Team,My name is Svitlana, and I am an English online tutor based in Ukraine.I am writing to kindly ask whether I might be considered for a free Education Plan or an upgrade to my current account, as part of Miro's support for Ukrainian educators.Miro has become an essential part of how I create lessons and engage my students — and I would be incredibly grateful for any support that would help me continue teaching effectively during these challenging times.Thank you so much for standing with Ukraine, and for your time and consideration. Warm regards,Svitlana

Now when I zoom into project (when editing) by using mouse wheel I get jump between 51% and 143%, this makes it unusable. I need to zoom with more steps in between the 51 and 143 percent. How to configure these steps of zoom?
