I would like to kindly ask if you could consider providing me with a free or educational subscription to Miro.I use online tools extensively in my teaching practice, and Miro would be an invaluable platform for visual learning, interactive exercises, and collaboration with my students. Due to the ongoing situation in Ukraine, purchasing a paid subscription is currently very difficult for me.Education and my students are extremely important to me, and access to Miro would help me continue teaching effectively and creatively during these challenging times.I would sincerely appreciate any support or opportunity to use Miro through a free or discounted educational plan. Thank you very much for your time and consideration.Warm reg

Hello, since yesterday suddenly, in presentation mode, the presentation stopped animating from one frame to another and now displays one frame at a time. Now, anything outside the frame appears black in contrast to the day before when the whiteboard was visible.

Hello Miro Team,My name is Aman, and I’m a university student from India studying at Saheed Captain Vikram Batra College.I recently applied for the Miro Education Plan because I use Miro quite a lot for coursework and group projects. I mainly use it for brainstorming, organizing notes, mind maps, and planning assignments with classmates. The issue is that my college does not provide institutional or .edu email addresses, so I’m unable to complete the standard verification process. However, I can provide proof that I’m currently enrolled. I can share documents such as:• Student ID card• Screenshot of my college portal showing my name and enrollment details• Semester fee receipt or payment confirmation• Bonafide/enrollment certificate• Current semester timetable or marksheetI’d really appreciate it if my application could be reviewed manually, or if there’s another way for students like me to verify eligibility without a college email address.Thank you for your time. Please let me know if

I would be very grateful if you could provide me with free access to the Business Plan.My Miro account email: katerynakashcheieva@gmail.com Thank you very much for your support and consideration. Best regards,Kateryna Kashcheieva

Hello!I’m on the starter plan and have many boards of my own that I share in public with some people. They’re “visitors” on the Miro sense and now some of them cannot access the board anymore and are seing this message: What is weird is that on the starter plan no limit is set on visitors: Any Ideas on what’s the problem and how to proceed ?Thx!

Hi Miro Community 💛Following up on reports from some users who experienced difficulty installing and running the Pinterest for Miro app, thank you to everyone who reported this and for your patience!I'm happy to report that I've now deployed an update that is believed to resolve this installation issue.Could I please ask anyone who was previously experiencing this problem to try running the Pinterest for Miro app again? Hopefully, it should now appear and run correctly from your app panel without the previous issues. Please let me know by replying to this thread if the app is now launching correctly for you! Of course, if you still encounter any problems, please provide details so I can investigate further. Thanks again for your valuable feedback and patience as I worked through this! Best regards,Ethan

I am currently assigned a full Miro license; however, I am unable to create a new Miro board. When attempting to create a board, the option is either unavailable. Please investigate why I am unable to create boards under my account and advise on the necessary steps to resolve the issue.

Hi, some days ago I noticed that the text I was going to type or other elements I was going to draw started to move up. I tried page reloading and deleting cache but it didn’t help. What else can I do?

Hi everyone,I suddenly lost access to several Miro boards even though I am the owner/admin of the Education workspace where they were originally created, and I am logged into the correct account. The boards completely disappeared from search and workspace view. I already checked: all teams/workspaces, trash/archive, different login methods. Has anyone experienced something similar or knows how to recover missing boards/workspaces?Would really appreciate any advice.

I have 3 Business plans running on my company, and I have always shared public bords for my clients so they can review our work. Since 1 week ago, every public board I share is required to log in, but this should not happen since I have the business plan. I have already double checked all the properties of sharing are correct, but the issuu persist with all previous boards I had as well. How can I fix this?

I am collaborating on a board with another user and that user has added ALT text to an image but I am not able to see the ALT text. I am an editor of the board and I activated Miro Assistant but I still don’t see the text. Screenshots of what the other user sees versus what I see.

Goal is to operate Miro on a large 55” touhscreen TV.  Has anyone done this and can offer advice on specs to make sure I keep in mind.

Hello Miro Team,I’m writing from Ukraine. I work as an English teacher and use online tools daily for lessons, planning, and interactive activities with students.I’ve heard many good things about Miro and believe it would greatly help me organize lessons and collaborate with students more effectively, especially during remote learning.I also heard that Miro may offer free access for Ukrainian users, so I would like to ask if it is possible to apply for a free educational plan or receive any support available for teachers in Ukraine.Thank you for your time and support.Best regards,Alina

HelloToday I’ve faced with the problem that people cannot open the board through the link. So as i understood the access for guests and visitors is limited, but everything always was ok before. Has something changed? Have I missed some updates or is it a bug? I cannot understand what the problem is.I’m looking forward to responses. Thanks ahead!

Dear Miro Support Team,My name is Svitlana, and I am an online English tutor from Ukraine. I am writing to kindly ask if I could be considered for a free Education Plan upgrade for my account as part of Miro's support program for Ukrainian educators during these challenging times.Miro has become an essential tool for my lessons, helping me create interactive and structured classes for my students. However, the 3-board limit on the free plan is very tight for managing multiple students and keeping their work organized.I would be incredibly grateful for your support. Please let me know if you need any additional verification or documents to confirm my teaching status.Thank you for your time.Kind regards,Svitlana

Hello, I was wondering if there is a way I could apply for the education plan without an education email or a business email. It would really come in hand the benefits of this plan so any contribution is welcome.

Hello,I am a student and I recently started a free trial, but I unfortunately forgot to cancel it before the trial period ended. As a result, I was charged for the subscription. I truly did not intend to continue with the paid plan, and as a student, I am not able to afford the subscription price at this time.Would it be possible to cancel my subscription as soon as possible and consider a refund for the recent charge? I would really appreciate your help and understanding regarding this situation.Thank you very much for your time and support.

Greetings Mironians! Short question: is it possible to change colors in a chart made with the Tables & Charts Tool? Keep safe out there 😀

Hello,to give us users the option to add an symbol is a real cool option … but it looses it’s efficency if I am not able to add my symbols that I have to like …Before I added a symbol I added a symbol out of the flowchart section … this should be also available by clicking on the little symbol … but I have not an option to choose other symbols … only the simple ones … This should be canged …The option of choosing the same shapes that I used before should be also integrated in the option of changing my shape / Sticky: or more simple:The last used shape should be visible:Michael

I have my own subscription yet when I log in I land in the Team of another company (to which I was invited). Three is no left sidebar with my profile/avatar (top or bottom left) to view team/workplace options. I do not want to leave the external company team as I need access to that company’s boards. Please advise,

I am trying to connect Miro to Claude.
