I am writing to kindly ask for your help regarding an accidental deletion of my Miro boards.
Approximately 48 hours ago, I mistakenly deleted several boards that contained months of work, including technical documentation, study materials, diagrams, mind maps, and project planning. At the time, my workspace had become view-only, and I misunderstood the situation. Believing I no longer needed the boards, I deleted them without creating a backup. I deeply regret this mistake.
I am the sole owner of these boards, and they are extremely important to me. Losing them has had a significant impact on my personal studies and ongoing projects.
I understand that I am using the Free plan and that recovery may not be guaranteed. However, I would be sincerely grateful if your team could check whether these boards can still be recovered from your servers or through any internal restoration process.
