I am a contractor for a company and was able to share things directly with the company team.Between contracts my account was deleted (not by me!) - and when they reconnected me all my boards had gone.My contract email address is booth.ext@arrival.comA board entitled PLM Team Proposal was herehttps://miro.com/app/board/uXjVOaqVRUM=/I haveChecked my trash Asked team owner to help recover Tried logging via all other emails I own (no such miro accounts exist but hey desperate) Currently trying to understand what process is followed when  contractor leaves the business wrt to Miro team… no answers yet!I have lost 3 months of work and am desperate - can anyone suggest anything!  It never occurred to me to backup my work from the cloud?!

When i'm zooming on miro board the texts sometimes disappears, i'll post some printscreens to help on the understanding.Somebody could help me to discover whats happening? Thanks!  

Hi all! I am trying to embed an Axure prototype on a Miro board, following the explanation here. However, the result is a rectangle with a “play” button inside, and not the actual prototype. Has anybody here been able to successfully embed an Axure prototype inside a Miro board? Thanks in advance :) 

Hi There, I have added a spreadsheet to my miro board. However, I have noticed that it creates ‘additional pages’ in miro based on the view and it does not match the exact tab number on the google sheet. Eg, the actual google sheet has 16 tabs (or pages) but it turns out to be 43 pages in Miro and I realised it adds on a page after a certain row count of a particular tab. It is difficult to find the right page to pin to the board. This is difficult for us when we want to use the board to put KPIs or charts. I had a google sheet with over 2000 pages due to some pages having many row numbers. Is there a way to solve this problem? 

HiI have an excessive amount of time trying to move a simple text box in MIro.  I can grab the box with no issue but actually moving it to where I want to on the board is impossible.  What am I doing wrong?

Делюсь ссылкой с человеком, которого хочу добавить в команду, однако ему выдаётся сообщение об ошибке: Страница недоступна/ Сайт miro.com выполнил переадресацию слишком много раз.  Подобная ошибка может происходить несколько раз за день с разными членами команды, работающими по разным ip-адресам. Прошу вашей помощи :С 

In some frames, the curly bracket shape itself disappears when exporting to PDF as shown in pictures.This only happens when exporting in best quality (which is really not ideal at all - I have a presentation next week...)Using the webapp / desktop app returns the same result.I have tried grouping and ungrouping the brackets with the related text.As written, there are other frames with curly brackets that are exporting in best quality mode. I’m new to Miro. The other day I was invited to use an existing board. While we were all collaborating (looking at board) I could see my co-worker’s cursor (with their names) as they moved around the board. None of them could see my cursor. I tried several things. In Chrome, I tried opening the board in Incognito more. I also tried opening the board in a different browser (Firefox). I tried using my personal MacBook Pro on my home network. Still, no one can see my cursor. Is there a setting I’m missing? Thanks.

I am new to Miro but have used many other collaborative systems like mind maps.I am a time management coach and I want to create a number of templates that my clients and students can then copy for their own use. I don’t want them working on the originals.I am looking at the share options. I was thinking of using the View level so they won’t be affecting the original, but will that let them copy the template to their own free Miro account? Thanks for your help!

Hello, At present I am using a free plan for Miro with my Corporate email ID as a registered user… recently my Company allocated license for me and my Team. around 15+ users.. all the users are also using the free version of Miro with their respective corporate email IDS.. how do I migrate my team including me to Enterprise Plan with same registered email?

Hi Miro Community,recently I’m facing the problem that Miro automatically zooms out to display the whole (biggest) object when I left-click.Example: I have multiple frames where I have an rectangle around to group these. When I work in a specific frame and click somewhere (not on an object), Miro zooms out to display the whole rectangle.This is really driving me crazy. Seems like this is a new behavior (or maybe a bug?). How can I deactivate it?I’m using Windows 10 with newest Chrome Version.Thanks!

Hi, we’re considering using Miro for our team and task management. Is there a way of “rolling up” separate action plans in to one action plan/board?

I have read the new information on consultant plans where it states that multiple teams can be created within the consulting account.What I’d like clarity on is whether there is any additional cost associated with adding a team. For example, is it the same cost for one consulting plan (1 user) and 1, 2 or 20 different teams, all of which have the same consultant as a member, with the rest of the members being guests/visitors which have no charge?Many thanksGrant 

I have used Miro multiple times before and have existing Boards. I am accessing via browser.Today, I clicked on a link to see what the Miro Academy was and clicked through a few lessons. Now, when I want to access my Boards, it continues to redirect to Miro Academy, even when I manually type miro.com into the browser. So, when I go to miro.com and login, it redirects to https://academy.miro.com/courses/participant-onboarding?utm_source=whatsnew&utm_medium=post&utm_campaign=december. I have even tried removing the tracking part of the URL.I would greatly appreciate if anyone can help me escape this infinte loop!

Help! The user list in the free version is not visible. I can see the seat count, I can download the list, but I need to delete some users and the list is not showing. I am logged in as an admin. 

Me and my collegues use free plan and have our own team with 3 boards. Now I was invited to someone else team, but accepting the invitation does not work. What can I do? Or is it not part of free plan?

Hi there, I have a personal miro account which I want to save the board, but I am not the board owner. Is there a way to download the board? I am only able to make a copy of the board and that's about it.

Help! I don’t see the upload from backup option on my educator plan on my iPad but I can only see that when I use my laptop. Did I do something wrong? 

Hello, we are working with several people at the same time on one board. When someone navigates, the section changes for some others as well. As a result, you are interrupted in your work and each time you have to look for the part that you just worked on. I am very grateful for a solution.

Hello, I am new here and I am wondering if I can work solely on one board. Is there a limitation to the size that the board can hold? I am thinking of attaching videos (its not possible right), pdfs, word, excel documents.  Also, can I ask, if I were to do competitor analyses - which board would you recommend? I am thinking of capturing screenshots and adding to the mix.  Can I import google sheets, pdfs etc. to the board as well?  Kind regards. 

Hi Miro Community!I have a paid Miro account and was wondering if there is the possibility to run multiple sessions at the same time in Miro (on different boards)? As we would go into break-out rooms, we would have 2 facilitators and 2 groups working on a different board. Is this possible with 1 account?What are the implications /limitations of doing this? 

Hi, I have a swimlane chart that has this three weird arrows that keep going back to this shape and goes over the boxes no matter how many time I corrected it. I have tried to recreate the arrow from scratch but it is very persistent. Any idea how to fix it for good?
