Hi,  SO my company has an enterprise plan and I’ve been assigned a licence and sent an invite form the admin. I’ve accepted the invite but when I log in it still says I’m on the free version and need to upgrade? Are there any other steps I need to do to?  Thanks

Is there a way to use tag visiting users while they are in the board.I do not want to use @board.  I want to tag a client is who is using the board for a specific project and then moving on.

Your Windows Version still sucks in Sign in with google. And when sign in with email and password it showing blank screen. Please fix. It’s hopeless this big tech company isn’t able to produce app that sign in with google 

The component size of design sprint template in board is way larger than the others Once added, the design sprint template is hard to be deleted from the board via multi-selecting -- Because many frames in it are locked. Do you also have the similar experiences?

Hello  i have a paid account, and all boards are working perfectly, but suddenly one specific board is not opening, it’s keeping loading for infinite time, with black background some times what is have tries Open from APP on mac open from safari on macopen from fire fox on macopen from Chrome on macopen from Brave on mac [multiple machines ]Open from APP on windows open from Chrome on windowsOpen from APP on windows open from safari on iPhoneOpen from APP on iPhone  Checked on different connection, with and without VPN my http://websocketstest.com/ is fine.Tried from company main team, from my account as team member, and from public account using public link.duplicate board and check new one,download backup and restore it and check restored oneand unfortunately still stuck in the same situation, noting that all other boards are working fine.

I recently updated my Miro Windows app and after that it doesn’t work any more.When I try to open it says:System error: the code execution cannot proceed because ffmpeg.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.When I try to uninstall it says:Windows cannot find C:\……..\REaltimeBoard\Update.exe. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.And when I want to install the app again, it says:There was an error while installing the application. Check the setup log for more info and contact the author. Any ideas what I can do?

Hi All,I’ve been asked to help support a team who are using miro boards in their training courses. We’d like to be able to check previous versions of a board so attendees can check on what it looks like when the board has been populated - this is specifically for when carrying out training exercises with course attendees. Or a button that shows what the exercise looks like when populated - either would be good :) We’d also like to be able to have a clickable button that attendees can click on the board that provides guidance on how to complete the training exercise - so essentially this information is hidden until someone clicks the button and its then revealed and then they can hide the info again once they've read it. Firstly is this do-able? Secondly, is this do-able on the free version? Thanks!CC

Hi all,I currently have a very large Miro board with multiple frames - I was wondering if there is a feature to hot key different frames or locations on the Miro board so you can simply click a key (or create a custom hotkey) to go directly to that place on the Miro board.Thanks!

If I export some sticky notes that are tagged, what happens to the tags?  I’m especially interested in the csv export, but would like to know the outcome for the other file types, as well.Also, can I export multiple groups of stickies at once, and how will they be organized?  For example, if I do affinity mapping and have four frames for categories, can I export all four frames into one csv, and how can I expect the categories/frames to be organized and represented?

Hi I have just implemented an Enterprise account at my company, ~40 users. I have set up a team structure to manage permissions and who-can-see-what. The teams are largely exclusive, but there is a limited amount of cross over where some folk have a primary and a secondary team. Is there a way of setting which of their teams will be the default when someone opens Miro? I want to minimise the setting up of boards in the wrong placesThanks!

Hello, logged onto my miro account to find none of my boards to be existing. Had a really important school project that is now completely gone. I have not accidentelly delated anything. Please help me.

I have noticed when using the brainwriting template that when I change the size of a sticky note on the bottom right side of the template it will over lap other sticky notes.  But when I change the size of a sticky note on the top left side of the template it will move underneath the sticky notes surrounding it. Why does this behavior occur?Can I control this behavior so the opposite happens?Can I control this behavior so it only overlaps?

However, when accessing the marketplace there is no ‘install’ option for on-prem (as per https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/20/GHS-233759)Please can someone advise if Jira on-prem/server is supported and document the install setup process please, thanks!

Is there any ways to choose the whole template after adding it to the board? I add couple of templates, but I cannot chose the whole template since it only allows me to chose cells or single elements. So I cannot widen or change the position of the template :(

I have a consultant plan for which I get billed monthly (last time on November 20). However if I sign in, the account settings indicate me that I have a free plan. I have used Miro since March 2020 without any issues.Right now I cannot use the features that I pay for, as only the free plan features are available. The customer support team has not responded to the support request that I did 31 hours ago. In 12 hours time I have to facilitate a workshop for a client. Any suggestions how to solve this?

Hello everyone, we use Miro very extensively and I wonder if there is any good integration or template you guys might have for Questions & Answers? Our Developers often have many questions to other teams and we would like to have some kind of "forum or discussion"template where you post question, someone answer, and there can be small conversation kept in miro and at the end a way to indicate it has been answered/completed? 

The announcement that Miro is changing its licensing may impact they way we use Miro. We currently have a large number of users with many board owners. I am wondering how other Organsiations are approaching this change.
