Hello, I keep getting “Sorry, your payment transaction has failed” response when trying to upgrade from a free account to business for my team. All info was entered correctly. Can someone please assist?

Can you try to open a Miro support request for this as they are the only folks who can help with billing issues. If it doesn’t work for you (as you are on a free account), please update this thread and we can see about getting one of the Miro staff working in this community to help.
