Hi

  1. I’m not able to upload an old .rtb board that I have backuped few months ago. The file is 200 Mb isch. Looks like the desktop app doesn’t load it and the webapp indicates file is too big. Okay but how I might recover my file ? Any other solution ?
  2. I’m would like to change the email for my consultant plan to put a professional one but it doenst’ work as well. It indicates me to create a new account.

 

btw there is NO direct email to contact support anywhere in the customer support page it is absolutely hidden…any idea ?
