Hi, I noticed during the last one week all my boards are very laggy and slow. It takes up to 5-6 seconds for the board to respond to an interaction. This is incredibly annoying and looking at the history of this issue - it appears it is quite a common problem. Please would you look into this and resolving it once and for all?

As of this morning, links to both pre-existing and newly created boards are not allowing visitors to access those boards.  The links simply redirect to the screen shown below.  Is this just me?

Hello all,I’ve been using Miro as a visual way to view ideas, usually dropping images in for various sources. However, a few days ago I’ve been reciveing a new message stating “Sorry, this file type is not supported”. I’ve been using the same file type for nearly a year now and not recieved this message till now. I’ve deleted my history/cookies, but this has not helped. I have a small work around, but this has reduced my effieceny, and do not know why this has occured.

Hello, My name is Yuliia, and I am an English tutor from Ukraine. Thank you so much for such a wonderful platform with that cute interface! It truly helps me with my lessons and me being organised) I work with children, teenagers, and adults, and I do my best to make my lessons effective and affordable for my students. Therefore, I would like to ask whether it is possible to use Miro for free or under a special educational plan. I would appreciate any information. Looking forward to hearing from you! Best regards,Yuliia

In my miro team, the admin is a person who used to work in the company but left years ago. She’s still admin and we cannot make ourselves admin to remove her and we are forced to also pay for her seat while she isnt even here. Her email doesnt exist anymore so theres no way of accessing her inbox. Is there a way Miro can troubleshoot this from the backend and remove her from their side to make it easier for us? Thank you!Best,Nahriz

Hi everyone, i would like to move some boards from an old team to another one.Now the problem is, that the email adress of the board owner (which is needed to move boards) no longer exists (domain change in the past year) and no one has the password of the account. Is it possible to reset a password in a different way than the email adress? Or to move the board ownership in a differnet way? Any workarrounds? Kind regardsLena

Hi there,I’m trying to share a board with guests. I have already created a board-link and want the guests only to view my board. I know how to do that, but my problem is the following:As soon as the guests try to use my link, the background of the board is being loaded and then the guests are immediately asked to sign in instead of seeing the board. If they use the “back” button in the browser afterwards, the board is loaded correctly. Somehow that doesn’t work for all guests. So, I think my link is correct, as it is possible to finally access the board, but there seems to be some kind of redirection issue…Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.Simon

Hello, I am working with a user who is not receiving board invitations via email. Things to note:Both the user and I are members of the same ‘Team’.  Both accounts have an enterprise license.  I am using the blue ‘Share’ button within the board to invite the user as an ‘editor’.  Other users are not having this issue.  Emails are not going to spam or quarantine as there is no trace of the email in our system.

I am being billed for an account at a company I no longer work at. How can I cancel and revert charges? It is very hard to contact support.

Hi,My entire Miro workspace appears to have disappeared. When I log in, my account looks like a brand-new account and none of my boards are visible.I am using the same email address as before and was actively working on boards recently. One board was called "Joyful Diagrams Team 2", which was owned by me and had recent activity from collaborators.I have checked that I am signed into the correct account and have looked through the available workspaces, but all content appears to be missing.Could you please investigate whether my workspace, boards, or permissions have been affected and advise whether the content can be restored? Thank you,Kareem

Trying to upgrade my account but Payment method fails. Changing browsers didn’t help. Also, cannot contact support , since support is only for Paid plans.

Hi there, where I can find a tax residency certificate?

I have been unceremoniously fired from my job and subsequently lost access to my corporate email account which I used to sign into Miro. It has been 2 months since the first ticket I submitted regarding request for support to cancel the account to prevent further charges incurred. 2 charges have been made, ticket count up to 5. No response from the support team. What is the next step for me?

Dear Miro Support Team, My name is Sofiia, and I am an English teacher based in Ukraine. I use Miro for all my lessons and it has become a useful tool. I’m definitely sure that upgraded version would help me improve the quality and interactivity of my lessons. My students are fond of this platform as well, because it is incredibly convenient.I have recently learned that Ukrainians might be eligible for a free subscription and I was wondering what steps I should take to apply.Thank you in advance!Best wishes,Sofiia

We would like to switch from free licenses to Starter licenses. According to the pricing model, invoicing is available for the Starter plan starting at 10 licenses. However, when I select this option, the only payment method shown to me is still a credit card. As a Swiss municipal administration, we do not have this option. Does anyone know how I can select the “invoicing” payment method?

Dear Miro Team,My name is Kateryna Pavliuk, and I am an independent English language teacher based in Ukraine. I have been currently transitioning my entire teaching practice to Miro, as I want it to become the absolute heart of my virtual classroom. My plan is to use it daily to design interactive lexical boards, structure communication tasks, and create visual materials for students at various proficiency levels. As an independent educator running my own online lessons, teaching is my full-time profession. I am choosing Miro as my primary platform to move away from old-school textbooks and deliver engaging, high-quality, and interactive lessons for my students.Due to the ongoing difficult situation in Ukraine, maintaining a standard paid subscription poses a significant financial challenge at the moment. At the same time, having access to Miro's unlimited boards and advanced collaboration features from the very beginning is crucial for my students to collaborate effectively and see th

Hello,On the Section “Starred” boards, I normally was able to see all the boards that I starred from my organization members and even from external members of my organization.Today, I’m just able to see the starred boards from my organization.I need to have access to starred boards from outside my company. I was able to access one external board and I saw that it’s still starred but I don’t see it in my list.I think there is like a filter applied on my “starred board list” that just let me see my organization’s boards.Thanks.

When I open the original board link, I still get the locked message. What I already tried:created a Miro account logged in checked the dashboard but the board does not appear thereIs there any way to connect this Miro Lite board to my new account and recover the content before it gets deleted? Many thanks!

I have an XP-Pen tablet to make drawing on Miro much easier - I have to mark-up student drawings. I’m having trouble making the pen and tablet function as drawing tools and have to combine pen, tablet and mouse to make everything work effectively. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a setting somewhere that I need to change? If so, I am finding it difficult to see where. Any help would be appreciated.
