[RESOLVED] Can anyone confirm that anonymous Visitor access to board via link is broken again?

It was working this morning, but suddenly none of my clients can access our shared boards via the links I gave them.  Anyone else seeing this?

This is really bad news for the kids I’m supposed to be helping before Saturday’s big exam.  Why does this keep happening?

Miro support just messaged me to say that the issue has been fixed, and my testing confirms this.

@barncrow First, I would ask you to confirm if you are referring to public/visitors (aka, Anyone with the link) access or Guest access? More on the differences here:

I’ll note that the Guest links generated using the Copy guest link button expire after 60 days.

@barncrow Update: I will assume you are referring to Visitor (AKA, Public/Anyone with the link) as the those links are directing people to sign in (I’ll update the title of this post). I just tested with a public board from the Miroverse (the AI Playground board) and if you’re not signed into Miro you cannot load it: https://miro.com/app/board/uXjVJ8NWvL8=/

I opened a support ticket to report the issue and will update this post as I learn more.
