We have an enterprise account, my user was mistakenly deactivated while I was on holiday, I am back, my user is set back, with full premium access. However my Sidekick is inactive (GREY sidebar icon). For everybody else, on the same boards it works. The admin cannot do anything it is only me who cannot turn on and use the AI sidekick. When I enter the board .it flashes purple for a tenth of a second (which I could click on), but it's only a tenth of a second flash. -As the board loads, the sidekick icon (sidebar, small stars), gray, inactive. It works normally for everyone else. I tried logging out and in, they deactivated, reactivated me, we don't know what to do.

Thanks for providing all these details and for already trying the suggested troubleshooting steps.
Since Sidekick is working for other users on the same boards, while remaining inactive specifically for your account even after your user was reactivated, this looks like something that needs to be investigated at the account level.
I'll escalate this to our Support team so they can check on the backend. You should receive a response shortly.
