My name is Kseniia, and I am an English language teacher/tutor based in Ukraine. I use Miro as a visual and interactive tool for preparing lessons and materials for my students.
I recently learned that Miro offers free access to premium features for users in Ukraine, and I would like to ask how I can apply for this. Due to the ongoing war, it has become financially difficult to maintain a paid subscription, and premium features would allow me to create more effective and engaging lessons for my students.
I have already posted about this in the Miro Community forum but haven't received a resolution yet, so I'm reaching out directly to Support.
Could you please let me know what steps I need to take, or what documentation (if any) you would need from me to verify eligibility?
