Ui Widgets, I’d love to see a slider widget where by a user could select an a slider which has a value set similiar to the below 

I have shared a board by sharing its URL. I’d like to “revoke” this from the people who still have this old URL, but I’d still like to share it by sending the URL to other people. What’s not working for my use case is to set permission of “anyone with the link” because I want to be able to invite people to look at my boards; I just want to revoke the existing users who have my link. 

Hello all, there is a problem, We (teams) have a free plan, I can not access the boards of the person who quit.1. I removed him from the Team, and still can't assign his board to myself.2. How to get access over all boards and give access to all teams.

Hi there. My colleague created a Miro board (a sitemap for our website) and she’s on leave so I’m trying to edit it in her absence. Everything seems editable apart from one grey box (marked DELETE THIS ONE). Any ideas on what I can do to fix the problem? Thanks! 

Hello, All! I am a new Miro user and want to check on the availability of the following functions. Am I correct in finding that we: cannot change the colors, thickness, etc. of any icons? cannot add shadows or shading to any shapes? cannot add gradation within colors of any shapes? As a user if I am moving from one team space to another, what’s the easiest way to transfer my Shared Templates into the new team space? Assuming that personal templates follow a user regardless of what team they belong to.

I’ve attempted to use Miro AI (all the different options) from both app (after rebooting multiple times) and browser (Chrome Version 111.0.5563.65). I continually get message “Something went wrong. Please try again later.” What do I need to do to fix this and actually use Miro AI?

In the Company Organization Chart template, I can’t find a way to adjust the font size.  When I zoom back to see the full chart, I can’t read any of the names.  Is there a way to increase the font size?

I’m getting an error as I try to use Google Drive as well. My error says “400. That’s an error. The server cannot process the request because it is malformed. It should not be retried. That’s all we know.” I’ve done all of the things suggested above. I’m using fiber optic internet connection, so it’s quite fast.  Is there anything else you can suggest-- is this a “known issue”?

How many seat are in an Education account?I get frequent messages from MIRO that there are no seats left, and it is not possible to invite further students to a board. However, this phenomena seems somehow rather random, as some students can and other cannot join.Also, the contact link given in the message (feedback@miro.com) is not working.Any suggestions?Markus

Running macOS 13.3.1Both in safari and on the desktop app Does this on multiple boards.Create a new board, doesn’t matter, use a template and fill with some data. CMD+ plus (zoom in)CMD+ plus (zoom in)CMD+plus(zoom in)CMD+minus (zoom out)CMD+minus(zoom out)CMD+minus(zoom out)CMD+plus  -→ It will zoom out again instead of in. 

Hello! i have a problem with one user not getting the full license assigned to them. Instead Miro shows free license and the option to upgrade when the user signs in with SSO.We have the Enterprise plan.The User has the Role “member” and under “Active users” we can see the license model is full.I tried to deactivate and reactivate the User but with no luck. So i deleted the User completely and set them up later, they received an invitation E-Mail again and logged in with SSO but Miro still shows free and the User cannot create any Boards.Can someone please advise me on this issue? Thanks!

I use ‘background’ images to denote special areas in my boards, and I keep them Locked so that I can work on top of them, place images, text, etc. The problem I have is that these locked BG images keep getting ‘captured’ by Frames that are dragged or placed over them, even when the Frame only partially covers the BG image. Please adjust the code so that Locked images do NOT get included in Frames, OR change the code so that only items that are completely within a frame are captured by the frame 

Is there a way to change font on an entire workflow. Kinda do command A and change the font on the entire doc. couldn’t find that option

Hi all!I have created a presentation in Miro.One of the frames contains a video (YouTube link).When I go into present mode and arrive at that “slide” the video is not full size.  I have to click the video, press play, and press full screen.  Then, upon completion, I have to press esc and resize the presentation to continue.Anyone have a workaround for more seamlessly playing a video within a presentation...while presenting? Thanks in advance,Jason

Hi, I would like to give the permission for anyone with the link could expand or collapse the branches, but not edit. To give the permission to expand or collapse branches I need to give the permission to edit that, and I dont want it. Anyone knows how to solve this issue? Thanks!  

Does granting someone Comment access allow them to participate in a workshop and use sticky note? Or do I have to grant them Edit access to use the sticky notes function?

We have changed our company domain and wish to update all current emails from a .space to a .com address. Can we push this across the board for all team members still using a .space email login without causing account or login change / duplication / deletion issues? Would be great for all team members to simply receive an automatic prompt that the address has been changed, even if they have to login once with their new email address, including for those with a Microsoft 365 single sign on. Thanks  

Hi everyone, I’m running a MacBook Pro M1 and am pretty annoyed by Miro trying to tell me how to write my stuff on the board, especially when it changes words that are meant to be like I put them. Do you know whether I can disable autocorrect in Miro? Thank you already!Stefan

Am unable to "align / auto layout" images, shapes, connector lines which are manually linked with Nodes / siblings. Currently will have to do manually which is time consuming."Select all - Auto align" feature to be available by default for all the boards & templates. This will be a user friendly feature.MIRO not providing "offline" is a major hiccup. Adding to that, non availability of the above mentioned feature makes using MIRO difficult.

Hello Miro Support,  It’s my understanding that we are unable to “lock” sticky notes (post-it notes) in the org chart visual, which is concerning to me as I start to use Miro. I’m wondering if this is on the roadmap for the near future. I’m needing to add and remove sticky notes often, but whenever I edit the org chart (ie: add another group or name), the sticky notes stay where they are and I have to move multiple sticky notes every time.  Please let me know if there is a plan for this or if you have any suggestions.  Thank you,Krista

Hello everyone!I know this question has been asked many times before, but the answers I’ve managed to find so far don’t seem clear enough. I have a free account now (I use it for teaching) and I would like to upgrade my plan in order to create more boards, since 3 clearly isn’t enough. When choosing the right plan, I found out that all of my students are currently full-scale members of my board and not just guests or visitors, but as far as I understand I’d better exclude them from the board before upgrading if I don’t want to pay a huge sum of money every month… The question is:What plan should I choose if I want to have several boards, each having another person (i.e. student) than me as a guest editor? I don’t need students to have access to any other boards than the one I use with them, but I need them to be able to add files, move objects on the board etc. Can I choose for example the Business plan with only one member (i.e. me) so that a more or less infinite number of guests cou
