Simple Template - Plan workshops

Does anyone have a template that is more stripped down/simple for planning workshops?  I need to have different areas for different types of workshops/seminars.  Within each area, I need to put which staff member is responsible and a brief outline of what is happening on that specific day.  I might also want to add an integration with Microsoft Calendar.
