How do you actually move a single line ?  Once I draw a line,  I cannot move a line.  If I duplicate it, I can move it. But once  it is in some place - I just cannot move it ?   I have tried to look at the documentation but  cannot find an answer to this.  I can move rectangle etc. but just cannot move a line. 

Did not find solution so asking here.. I have a large board with lots of content (~3300 objects), In one place I’ve been creating a large mindmap (cca 600 objects) for a course. Now it starts to stick out of the frame where I want it to be so I want to move it.Unfortunately both in the app and browser:After I move the whole mindmap (with screenshots, notes, stickeis, etc..) there are couple of seconds when it looks fine. But then app asks me to wait for synchronisation (30s countdown). After that everything reverts back to its original place. Any edits on the board are not saved made between “mindmap moving” and the “sync notification” (e.g. line drawing..).Note: I’m not using both at the same time, so the content is not locked by me editting it in the other window.Note2: Editing the mindmap is fine, everything works. I just cannot move

I currently cannot share y screen on a google meet, when I bring the call to Miro, I can only successfully share the current Miro tab which makes no sense.when i try to share other tabs, windows or entire screen, I get the error message “something went wrong if youre trying to share a tab, open the tab and try again.”I do not experience this issue on a normal google meet call

Hello just wondering if this is possible or just a bugI would like to open a google meet then launch Miro.  When inside Miro whiteboard i would than like to share my screen of a cad model using rhino or solidworks.  This would then allow people inside the chat to take snapshots of the model and post them into the whiteboard and keep the discussion going.  Is this possible? It seems to only allow me to share my current tab which is pointless because its the same as the Miro whiteboard tab.  I guess I could have one tab with the Miro white board open and one with the Google Meet sharing the screen but would really like everything on one tab if possible

I want to be able to take nodes in a mind map and detach them from their current parent and re-attach to a different parent. Am I missing something or is this currently impossible?

I’d like to use Miro board for story mapping, in particular the infinite canvas is perfect for the process. It simply entails writing a bunch of blurbs on index cards or stickies and then rearranging them into a matrix. The issue with Miro is that to my knowledge, the only way to adhere Apple Pencil drawn text to a sticky is using the group function. Having to do this manually for each sticky is very cumbersome, whether at the time of writing or going back and doing it afterwards so the elements can be rearranged, especially if I need to do it 30-50 times. Does a better workflow exist with Miro that I can use for this function?

Hi all, I accidentaly deleted projects in our Miro account - all boards of that projects are lost now (they are not in the trash). Worst case ever!Any idea how to recover the boards? @Miro Community Team please help … we’re lost thank you, carsten

Hi, I have added an Excel spreadsheet to a board by using the upload > dropbox menu item.  The sheet appears, but I do not see all the columns.  I excel, I set the print area to cover all the columns and set the ‘scale to fit’ setting to 1 page width and re-added the excel to the board, but this made no difference.Does anyone know how to fix this please?Thank you

I import a PDF into my table using the "Upload" function. The display is correct and I can even switch from one page to another.Unfortunately, the links displayed in my PDF are no longer clickable. I've tried outside Miro, and they work. But in Miro, they no longer work.Is it possible to activate this feature somewhere?

I’m coming from Mural and finding it *very* difficult to work with frames. Can someone please help me understand how to select frames once I’ve placed them? EX:I have 3 notes of whatever variety. I select them all, and click the 3 dots and select ‘create a frame’. Works great. BUT…Then I try to select that frame. Works okay if there is nothing behind it, but if there is just a background box (to provide some color/contrast), i can’t select the frame. I rarely use titles for frames b/c it doesn’t look good and can’t be styled, so it seems the only way to select the frame is to click on the border, but that never works. It selects what is behind it, even if that thing behind it is locked.  What am I doing wrong? Thanks for any help. :)

Hello. I will try to explain my issue with an image:When click 1 numbered dot, it is appending a new card to bottom of the current card. But as I showed in number 2, it adds too far. Can i change this default range? 

Question. When I try to add the “Program board” and click “Sign in with Atlassian” a popup appears that asks prompt me to click “Authorize”. When I click this a second windows opens for a brief moment and a text on the bottom appears “JIRA URL not valid” Im I doing something wrong of is this a bug? My guess is that there is a previous step I am missing sine I never get a place to give an input to select of change anything.

This issue started today. I was able to log into my dashboard a week ago and now when I try to access the page, the Miro logo keeps uploading but never ends. I’ve tried clearing cache and cookies : when I do that it opens the sign in page but when I try to log in with my gmail as usual it always just keeps loading. Is anyone else experiencing this? Any solutions?

Hello,I have a problem with the automatically generated link preview. We have one overview board where we want to link and order every other board. We do this by copying the links and pasting them into the overview board. Miro creates a preview automatically which works fine until the title of one of the other boards get changed. The preview still shows the old title and doesn’t seem to update it. Is there a way to update these previews without creating a new one?

I’m using a mac and chrome and can’t paste images from clipboard.The Miro browser extension for Chrome has been discontinued. Does anybody know how to make this work so I don't have to paste into another application in between pasting into Miro? 

I have a Kanban Board in Miro with Cards.  Some cards will convert to Jira while other will not and i receive an error message stating “ Issue cannot be created in Jira”.   There is no additional information to troubleshoot with.

I am consulting and coaching people. And want to upgrade my free account to at least basic.  But the system says, I need to pay another user for each one who can access the board.My clients need to edit in the board - just one board. Is it really necessary to pay full price for everyone who temporarily works on a single board?Is there a pricing model that is covering this? best regardsChristoph

I am familiar with the estimation app in Miro… however, we set our tickets up to split out Development Points and QA points and they automatically add up to the total story points in Jira. Is it possible in the estimation app in Miro to gather 2 estimates for the same ticket (1 for Dev and 1 for QA)? I can do this manually obviously, but would rather have it integrated if possible.
