I've shared a board where I've disabled the Grid and applied a pleasing light violet background. However, the link I sent to my visitors displays both the violet background and the grid, even though it doesn't look that way on my side. Is there a method to prevent my visitors from seeing this?

We use the planner (program board) for our quarterly planning and the team augments with stickies & other things.  If we close a sprint after planning, it is automatically removed from the planner next time it syncs.  Is there a way to disable this for a single board?

Tried on a brand new board as this was happening on another private one: If I hold Shift and then Scroll with the mouse wheel, this _sometimes_ scrolls horizontally, but quite often the behaviour breaks.It seems to happen if when I scroll without shift - after that, Shift + Scroll zooms until I reload or something else happens.  Sticky ‘flags’ for zooming get wiped out on scroll action?​​​​

I am going to teach English online using "English File" (Oxford university press).  Can/should I use Miro payable version to share the screen or is it better to use Around?  Which is better for easy usage and quality ? How does sharing work for Oxford File audio resources?Any help would be highly appreciated...

Hi all,After quite some searching I think I’ve found in Miro a near perfect tool for managing my projects.However I was wondering if any of you know a solution to the following: My brain works in timelines, retroplanning and visualisation.I create a timeline and put cards on it with status, due dates, tags. Is there any possibility to order these cards in a to-do list in a frame next to the timeline or in the notes of the project, or can I cluster cards together in a list based on status. Or is there a way to have Miro communicate met MS Todo or google tasks in order to have my to do’s in a list.The status update should ideally go both ways of course: checking a “to-do” in a list should update the status on the timeline and vice versa.  I feel like there’s no solution to this to date or am I overlooking a feature? I know about the Jira feature but that would be just adding another third party programme which would make t

Hello, community! Could you help me, please? Since the very beginning of using the Miro board, I’ve had issues with pasting the images onto the boards. I remember contacting the support, though it didn’t help. When I paste an image, it’s always teeny-tiny on the board/inside the frame, no matter how big it was originally. I need to zoom in the frame, and it becomes insanely large until I see the boarders of the image and can enlarge it. Then I zoom everything out. t happens all the  time, with all the images I paste. It’s really a waste of time and irritating. Because of this, I switched to a Google Jamboard; however, as you might know, Google have decided to dismiss the board. Thus, I’m trying to give Miro the second chance.here’s a short video, I genuinely failed to enlarge the image, and I wasn’t pretending

I need better spell check features. I want to put more of my documents in Miro, but the lack of spell check and grammar check features has limited my ability to use the program more widely.

I integrated Jira with Miro and it looks very interesting. The only problem I encountered is that I cannot change the assigned directly from Miro but I have to open the card in Jira so as to see the name also appear on Miro. Why?The actions I can do are: Edit (not the assigned), color, workflow, source (to open the card on Jira), create dependency, etc. There doesn't seem to be a way to assign the card directly on Miro 

If I set teh voting duration for 24hrs, must I keep my computer on for 24hrs with Miro open?

My colleague accidentally deleted team in Miro what caused anihilation all team members boards, is there any way to restore it?I will really appreciate your help guys!

We do a voting on 5 boards in parallel which lasts 7 days. Each day I look in there the overview shows “0 voted”. On Friday I had a test and voted on one of the boards and a colleague of mine did, too. At that point in time the overview showed “2 voted”! Today (Monday) I had a look again and the overview is back to “0 voted”Where are my votes gone? That`s a high prio issue for me as we are doing a organizational development activity at the moment in a very sensitive user environment :-(

It just keeps showing this rolling, but using Safari works well.

Hi, I’m the board owner on a board and neither the “Present” button appear in the upper right corner nor I can see my frames in the down left corner. Going into the same board from another lap-top works and I don’t know why. Any idea?  

I have a Miro board open and added SmartSheets to connect to.  When I get the screen with the Accept/Deny question and choose Accept, I get the MSS-5006 message.  I reached out to SmartSheets and they checked their logs and all was fine on that side, so now checking on the Miro side.

Hello, I have a problem with payment. All entered data is accurate, but the payment is failed anyway. What might be a problem? 

I just started using the Airtable integration (Miro > Airtable one-way sync) for processing, tagging, and clustering user research insights. I see a lot of potential in the integration but it is severely lacking the core functionality of also importing tags from Miro. Is this planned or does anyone know of a way to do this currently? I have created a visualization depicting the "Top 5 countries with the most significant positive and negative changes in road traffic death rates per 100,000 people between 2000 and 2019." This visualization is based on data from the World Health Organization (WHO).I am honing my skills by creating both simple and advanced visualizations like the one shown here quickly and without any programming skills, using visualization tools.My question is, is there a way to create similar or even more advanced visualizations in Miro?

Hi,So I use Miro mainly at work. I have been using my personal account for work, and we have been using my private account with other colleagues. There are also “Teams” (Which I see more as Projects) created by my company and that belongs to them.Now I need to use it again for myself. But I do not find a way to clearly and easily understand to whowm what “Team” belongs to, since Everything is shown and mixed together.Please how can I make sure and check who created what team so I can make sure I am moving boards to those from work and not actually from one that belongs to me to another of mine, and also so that I can make sure noone else sees my private boards/projects?

It would be great to be able to bookmark an entire section for myself, or set reminders to revisit a highlighted section.I got this idea from seeing my teammate highlighting a section on our shared board. It looked like a ‘personal bookmark’, which would be great to be able to set for myself along with a reminder. An example of this would be creating a reminder for myself to revisit one section of a complicated flow.

I wonder if someone could elaborate on the overall performance of Miro on diffenrent MacBooks especially in combination with screen sharing during remote presentations with 100+ participants?Background of my question: I have to decide on a new Mac and wonder if the new M2 Pro CPU on the MacBook Pro is worth the price compared to the non-Pro M2 when the situation described above is my main use case.Thanks a lot in advance...
