How to cancel the free plan

Hi team, I was asked by the company to cancel the free plan subscription that has not been used in over 1 year (Free plan, not free trial). However, it seems that there is not option to cancel the free plan? Could someone help me in this case? Thank you a lot!

@Yunjie Xue - A Team Admin of the Free Plan space can delete it by following these steps:

  1. From team admin profile:



     

  2. Delete team:
     

 

 

 

If you do not have the Delete team action, then you are not an admin and cannot delete it.
