Hi,
we are using M365 as SSO. One student cannot login, but keeps getting the German Response "Bei der Verarbeitung deiner Anfrage ist ein Fehler aufgetreten; Bitte versuchen sie es erneut". (An error occured while processing your request. please try again) and is constantly forwarded to
https://miro.com/de/login/?reason=emailNotSharedByUser&service=OFFICE365
I have tried having her log on to a different computer, clearing the cache etc. but the issue persists. I tried to find a solution under I can't log in via SSO – Miro Help Center but could not find anything related.
The rest of the class as myself can log on flawlessly.

Does anybody have a clue what could be the reason for the issue?
