Hello All!I’m trying to use Stickies Capture, but getting an error message. Just me? Or for anyone else? I’ve used it before (it’s an amazing feature). And I can’t get it to work today - on my android phone, my ipad, or my desktop (web or MIRO app).Each time I try - I get an error that reads “Internal Server Error. Please try again or submit a bug”I’ve got a paid Consultant account - not sure if I don’t have the right plan or?? thanks! 

Hey Miro community!Nice to meet you. My name is Oksana and I’m using Miro heavily these days. I enjoy it a lot! This makes my professional life so much easier. I wanted to report a little issue with the formatting toolbar getting hidden under the main board info bar. I have recorded a GIF to show what happens. This mainly affected my convenience when trying to color a bunch of table cells (as I’m showing in the GIF).  Submitting this because I really love Miro and I hope it helps. Thanks! 

hello - I have imported a Visio diagram, but can’t edit…..searches suggested I should be able to see the ‘pencil’ icon to edit when i click on the diagram - but not showing.have the Business level access - wondering if this is an Enterprise feature??TIA

I can drag and drop docs, but there isn’t even an option to “upload from device.”These are the only options (in pic) 

In Miroweb (chrome Version 122.0.6261.70 (Official Build) (64-bit))When opening a board and for the first time importing a document from onedrive this works (correct single-sign-on authentication is triggered)However, when trying a second import after this the dialog pops up but immediately disappears.This issue was not there in the past, apeared only in last weeks (feb 24)Can this be resolved please?

Hi there, I pasted an image into miro and it’s stuck in the left corner of the board. Eventually it dissapears but then, no matter which board I am in, it suddenly re-appears. Any thoughts on how to delete these permanently? I can’t even click on it, it’s just stuck in the left corner. 

PDF generated by Miro is not in my downloads folder.I have double checked my browser settings and tried on the app as well as both Safari & Chrome. Please help

I have a team member that cannot export frames to a pdf. We’ve tried everything we can think of. Any help? Ideas?

Hello, Our organization has used the free version for some time and like the Miro tool, we are undoing a process so we can get the paid version. We needed a GDPR check done by our Data Protection Officer. He looked at the links to the DPA and GDPR Privacy Policy by Miro and said that Miro was likely compliant but we need a Transfer Impact Assessment to finalize the review. Specifically he said (emphasis mine): "According to https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/6491838039570-EU-Data-Center-Residency, all data processed by Miro is stored exclusively on servers in the EU. The main data center is located in Ireland, with a second data center in Frankfurt. Hi, we would like to use a Miro board for an online, on-demand, training module we are preparing. We would like to give training participants access to the board, to have a go at different exercises, explained using the recorded Talk Track feature. However, ideally we would like the edits which each training participant does (in response to the training activities) to disappear after they have finished, providing a fresh template for the next training participant. Does anybody have experience of doing something similar? Grateful for your advice!

Hi! There is a black menu box that appears to be offering training support for a new user. It seems i have to click on each mini ‘tutorial’ before the box goes away. I am on a PC. The same box is not appearing when I view the board from my profile on a Mac.Worse, It is not letting me click on some of the various ‘tutorials’ to complete the training and make the box go away- It is obstructing my view of the board.  Please can someone assist with this, Thank you!

I’m relatively new to Miro. I like  Present mode that allows me to cycle through frames as “slides”. In a Zoom meeting, I select Share Screen, and pick the Miro browser window. I enter “Present” mode in Miro… Participants are still seeing the full board, not the slide I’m presenting.How can I get the Miro presentation visible to Zoom participants via Share Screen?

I noted yesterday that the option to select an area of a board as the board thumbnail has disappeared in the Edge browser.I reported this to the support team and will update this post as I hear more. While it is possible the support team will reply that this was never an option in Edge, I am fairly certain that I have does this in Edge before.Edge version while testing: 121.0.2277.128 (Official build) (64-bit). I tested as both a board owner and team member.

Since user can screen capture a board, save it, and upload it, why not reduce the steps and let users just grab a region from Change Thumbnail dialog?At a minimum it would be better to have generic images for types of illustrations - concept map, journey map, etc as the choice instead of the current illustrations which are confusing juxtapositions to the real content. 

Do you know if I can share a mind map and allow users to expand/collapse and basically interact branches without them being able to edit the content? I want to embed it in html. 

Hi, I have created a board few weeks ago and then invited my friends via e-mail invitation to the whole workspace. After few weeks we have lost access to this specific board in the workspace. I cannot see it in my boards and my friends also cannot access it. We even tried going to the link attached to the invitation sent just after creating the board but Miro says that you can’t get access to this board. How could this board dissappear? What could have happened?

<deleted the question because I found the answer myself - just hover over edge and drag mid-edge>  

When Miro releases updates, I get these annoying “what’s new” popups all over the screen.  I don’t want to see them - they get in the way of me actually using the board to get work done.How do I permanently disable these popups?  I don’t see any options in preferences, anywere.

I have a magic mouse, using Miro in Chrome browser on a Macbook. I find that the board zooms in and out and moves from side to side in a very distracting way. I think it’s the mouse, but wanted to see if anyone else has had this issue and can recommend troubleshooting steps or has a fix.  Thanks!

When I drag my cursor over a card and highlighted part, there is no “group objects ” button. And using CTRL+G does nothing. it happens only with cards, I can group other objects

I opened Miro link and added to team a board which should be private and not seen to others. I cant remove it because I am view-only and I do not see delete button. I need to do it immidiately.  

Hi there.It’s been a full day that one board of mine is stuck on an endless loading (see image below).Other boards works fine, except that one. Anyone knows how to fix this?I already checked internet connection, reset application data, uninstall and reinstall the app. But still the problem exists. I have an educational plan so I can’t create a support ticket. Hope to find some answers here.I run Miro from Desktop App on an Intel powered MacBook Pro.

Unlike branded shapes (“Shapes”), stickers are already easy to highlight when creating boards: the system clearly assigns them to the independent “Sticker” category, which allows them not to merge with other Shapes, and, thus, simplifies their selection and movement , as well as grouping and locking elements that are not them.
