Our team has a paid business account and is unable to share our board with external users at our partner company. Please advise how to resolve this issue.

It sounds like there may be some sharing restrictions in place. Here are a few things to check:

  1. Ensure that your team settings allow for external sharing. If you are trying to share the board with guest users, you may want to check with your Admins first to confirm if the Guests are allowed in the team settings. You may need to ask your Admins to update the permissions to allow sharing with people outside your organization.
     

     

  2. If you're trying to share the board with visitors, you may need to adjust your board sharing settings. Double-check that the link-sharing option is enabled and set to "Anyone with the link".
