Hello, I would like to ask the help of the MIRO Support Team. Last week (on the 8th of Oct), my colleague accidentally added four extra members to my MIRO team.I deleted them within an hour, but I still received an invoice for an upgrade and the system wanted to charge me $90. We did not use this option at all, because, as I said, I deleted the members. Please cancel the latest invoice, as we would like to remain on the 20 USD per month package for one member.Thank you for your help.Best regards,Laura Lauber

Hi, I'm creating process maps in Miro and when I right click and 'copy style' on a flow chart shape then right click another flow chart shape and do 'paste style’ nothing happens. Same with trying the key board shortcuts too - any ideas? I am using this feature correctly, is it not for flow chart shapes?

I am unable to use "Flip Card" feature using objects (E.g. Sticky notes). Could you kindly update this feature?This will help us in using activities on one side before showing the actual image on the flipped side.

The Miro add-on for Google Meet is not starting. Is there anything I can do to fix it? I have tried deleting browser data and cookies but it still does not load. Any help would be appreciated. 

Why does the text twitch at the end of the chair when using the pencil tool, but not when using the smart drawing tool (or something like that)?

Hello, I’m a user from Korea.Recently, I’ve been experiencing an issue where the end of the text I type in text boxes gets cut off.Even when I widen the text box horizontally, the same problem occurs, so I believe this is a bug.This issue is quite inconvenient for me. I’d really appreciate it if this problem could be fixed soon.  

I was offered a free trial of the Business plan which I took. Now that it’s finished, my boards are locked as my account is paused until I choose a plan. The problem is, when I go to choose a plan, I can’t select the free one - any ideas why or what I should do?When I open a board: When I follow the link, ‘free’ isn’t there/selectable: The email I received: 

Since yesterday I am getting some kind of bug with text inside sticky notes and shapes. Miro is cutting off the lower half of every text line, even text that is not at the bottom of the sticky notes/ shape. Please see image below for example.Text is also behaving really strangely inside shapes/ sticky notes/ text boxes - when I double click to edit the text, it goes up a few sizes and goes off the bottom of the shape/ box/ sticky note. It seems to be an issue with auto-resizing. Can someone please help? Thank you. 

During my coaching sessions, I usually create a mind map by typing on a keyboard. However, I find that this prevents me from fully concentrating on the coaching itself. I was thinking how wonderful it would be if a mind map could be created in real-time based on what the client is saying. Is there any way to make this possible

I’ve switched to using diagrams as the base for flows because they’re generally nice to work with - I can link to focus mode which I love. Today though I was trying to insert a shape into a diagram and then align the other shapes. It looks like the align tool is missing, and there’s no other option I can find to align shapes. Is it not possible to align items within a diagram??!

Hi,I am experiencing an issue when working with tables in Miro. While entering text directly into a table cell (not a separate text box), a message about reaching the text limit appears.It seems that the system is incorrectly recognising the text as if it were added into a standard text field rather than a table cell. Could you please clarify if this is expected behaviour or a bug, and advise on possible solutions or workarounds?

However, the Education team I have access to belongs to a fellow stundent, and not me. I can't open any of my board in safari and this is what is written. App initialization failure: Loading chunk 23570 failed. (missing: https://mirostatic.com/app/static/surface-bundler.e404bc67a7bad139.js). what should I do? ​​​​​​​the app doesn't work either. it makes my MacBook bug! 

I have a user who changed their name.  They needed access immediately and so I gave them a license but want to merge the two into one so they have access to all the boards they created in the previous name/email.

I set up a voting session and started it.All the people that were supposed to vote say they did vote, but Miro says only 13 people have voted. It should be 16. When I expand to see the names the ones who voted, I can only see my name and one more user. I am wondering how can I see the names of everyone that voted.Even if some guests didn’t add names, shouldn’t they appear in the list as “anonymous voters”?

A keyboard shortcut to turn on/off Frames panel, possible?  The Panel is always blocking the content when in use.  TIA.

Flutter: Great UI capabilities and performance. Swift/Kotlin (Native): More stable and powerful, but requires separate codebases. I’d love to hear from developers who’ve built similar apps: Which tech stack did you choose and why?

Hi!  I go off the grid every Monday and yesterday was my first day to evaluate which apps depend on the cloud.  Unfortunately, Miro doesn’t seem to deal with this scenario very gracefully:   How does Miro support offline use?   I’d like at the very least, be able to view my boards read-only and it would be a bonus to create new boards offline to be uploaded and seen by my team later.
